   Went here for our anniversary. I had the 10oz ribeye and bourbon glazed carrots. Absolutely delicious! The steak was melt in your mouth and the carrots were cooked to perfection! My wife had the lamb shank and it was also cooked to perfection and delicious! Definitely recommend!

   We arrived and our table was ready, we were immediately served water, one of the glasses of water at our party tasted off. Our waitress asked if we had been there before and we told her we hadn't, but she didn't go into detail of the menu like we overheard other wait staff doing. Maybe she was new? We were served bread after we ordered and we weren't impressed, the butter was good but needed salt, and the bread was kind of bland. We ordered a filet which was very seasoned almost a little too much, and I ordered medium and it came out medium well. We also ordered brussel sprouts and those were delicious. The french fries were also really good and had a great crunch to them. My husband ordered the aged rib eye and he really enjoyed it, he also got a twice baked potato that he liked. My daughter had some mac n cheese and liked it. We also tried the bread pudding which was very dense, but the caramel sauce was amazing. The cheesecake we got was light and airy and big enough for our entire party. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our time there.

   The food was great. We tried the cauliflower bites for appetizer, the chili glazed salmon and wagyu steak special for our entrees. All were delicious. The bread pudding was ok but it didn’t damper the overall experience.

   This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and were joined by two friends. Tara, our serve,r was wonderful. She was funny and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing.

    Took my husband here for his birthday. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and a delicious dinner! Our server, Jim, was great. We’ll definitely return. The restaurant was a little more crowded and noisy than we prefer, but thinned out as the evening progressed.

    The Service was outstanding, and I have very high expectations! Food was delicious—although my steak was a bit fatty. But when ordering a ribeye, sometimes you take that chance. Sides and appetizers were delicious! A great experience overall. I will go back!

    Food very fresh and grown right on property. Pork chop was amazing better than the steak. Steaks were very good though. Everything seasoned to perfection. No salt and pepper needed. Wonderful selection of Bourbon and Scotch. Excellent service. We celebrated our nephew's birthday and they brought him out a bread pudding with homade Salted Carmel Ice-cream and sauce that was to die for!

    Just ok. We could only book an “experience” reservation, which states you are not in the main dining room. However, when I called to get more details about why it is labeled an “experience” , I was told that it was just labeled that way, bc we stated that we were celebrating a birthday. (However, it was stated that way before I even made the reservation.) The restaurant employee stated nothing about or explained the alternate dining room. I wish they would have been honest and told us that it meant we were dining in an renovated garage. Although the restaurant has tried to make the garage appealing, it is still a garage and not as intimate as the dining room. Just not the atmosphere for an expensive dinner. Also, we ordered 2 strip steaks, and while mine was delicious, thick and juicy, my husbands was thin and overcooked. It was disappointing, and not a wonderful birthday dinner for him.

    Hamilton's never disappoints! They have a great bourbon selection with knowledgable bartenders. The steaks are always cooked to perfection! Order the charcuterie board with the bacon fat candle. Fantastic!

    The food was amazing, our server Charles was absolutely terrific. The only complaint we had was we were sat in the very back room right by the servers station. We openly heard one server complaining a ton about them being a little slow and other drama. I get that everyone has there good days and bad days especially in the service industry, but I would think dining somewhere like this they would at least have the decency not to do it within 5 feet of a couple trying to have a nice dinner on Valentines Day. To top it off about 20 minutes later we heard the same server say to another server "this table behind us is probably going to give us a horrible review". Like I said, food and service from Charles was phenomenal, but I will get up and leave before I sit in the same spot.

    Took an out of town guest here for dinner. I enjoyed the ambiance. Disappointed the bread pudding didn't live up to the hype. The caramel sauce tasted burnt, couldn't finish it. The meal was good, twice baked potato a little "goopy" with excess stuff.

    Venue is small, service was great from the start. We arrived 30 minutes early and still got seated right away. Appetizers, steaks, and dessert were all incredibly delicious. Will definitely come back. The Dry-aged ribeye was superb!

    Meredith was our server and she was excellent! Friendly, attentive and professional. Food was wonderful. We had a loud table of 6 near us, which was a little annoying, but it was still an outstanding dining experience.

    Perfectly done, melt in your mouth steak with outstanding drink choices. All of the sides, sauces, and apps we had were tasty and paired well. Charles went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration extra special by making me a birthday card that everyone signed. Truly made the experience so special.

    This place was amazing, to start with the staff was so informative and explained the menu and was very attentive. Then we got the food and oh my goodness it was AMAZING, the steak was melt in your mouth good and the cheesecake was excellent. We really enjoyed and will be back for sure!
