Top Lokal, jedoch war mein Burger leider nicht mehr frisch. Das Brot war oben sehr sehr bröselig und unten schon gut angeweicht. Ich vermute sie haben ihn zu früh gemacht als ich noch bei der Vorspeise war und mussten dann warten bis das Essen meiner Frau fertig zubereitet wurde. Aber alles andere war wie immer super! Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Great location and perfect ambience (one of the most beautiful hard rock I have ever seen ). Excellent service . It’s absolutely perfect if you want to celebrate a birthday : the staff sang “happy birthday”song to celebrate my son … (We really appreciated this surprise !) and also they applied a 20% discount on our food. Very good hamburger : tasty and juicy ! Great esperience!

the food was absolutely delicious!! we got the nachos ( wish they used black beans instead of baked sweet beans) but still delicious. My husband got the bbq burger and loved it. I got the chicken tenders and it was so good. our waiter was very helpful and polite. the only downside i would say is the music is just a little loud but i guess that’s what you partly come for so really can’t complain about that, overall loved it and probably will be coming back again this week on vacation :)

Solito pranzo all'HR dopo una gara podistica in centro e solito esito indubbiamente positivo, a partire dal tavolo prenotato on line al servizio, informale ma attento e preciso (il nostro cameriere era Samuele, bravo e cordiale). Spettacolo di magia dal vivo sul palco, bravo anche il mago. Ci rivedremo.

The food quality is very far from the American standard and from italian one as well. The ambience is very nice but the restaurant need to take care about food in terms of quality and presentation since the prices are pretty high! Music was good but it cannot be the only reason of quality for a Restaurant like Hard Rock Cafè! I suggest to work hard on this matter for make customers want to come back! Food was not prepared correctly - worst we have ever experienced. Nachos were awful and how do you mess up nachos? Zero melted cheese just cold cheese and lots of onions- the cheese was in the original shredded form so it was never even melted.

Kids wanted burgers and had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe. Food was ok, with the exception of some slimy mushrooms on a special burger. Fries were crisp. Drinks were good sized, but no refills on iced tea and we never got to order a second one. Service was friendly, especially when we were cheerfully welcomed on arrival, but our server's visits to our table were inconsistent and not frequent enough after the food arrived. We ate on the early side (19:30), so the place wasn't super busy.

Absolute 5* service by Fabio and also the duty manager, definite assets to the brand. Decor and ambiance were good especially considering that we were there for an early lunch. Allergy awareness was well above average in Italy. We will return.

We have visited many Hard Rock in various cities and unfortunately this one was a disappointment. The food was cold and the bread for the Bruschetta was inedible. Nobody checked to see if everything was ok. On the plus side the milk shakes were delicious
