We arrived 10 minutes early for our 6pm reservation and were seated by 6pm, but we did not receive our drinks until after 6:30. There was only 1 cook that evening and he was busy with another table. Eventually he arrived to cook for our table, but was rushed and did very little from an entertaining standpoint. We requested no onions with our hibachi but received them anyways, he asked if we wanted sake but never followed through. Food was good, but the service and atmosphere was not. Hopefully this is the exception and not the rule

We had such a good time… Como was great and made our Habachi experience a lot of fun. We even got to sing a little Karaoke!

Very disappointed with our visit tonight. This restaurant used to be one of our go-to places, but unfortunately it has gone significantly downhill.
We made reservations for hibachi and were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time, which wasn’t a huge issue. The bigger problem was that we were seated at a hibachi grill that was still dirty from the previous party. Several of the other hibachi stations were dirty as well, and no one appeared to be making any effort to clean them. We were seated with another family who immediately got up and left after seeing the condition of the grill. We sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone coming to clean our station. A busser eventually cleaned the table next to us but left ours and several other dirty tables untouched.
After waiting approximately 45 minutes with no chef available and our grill still dirty, we asked to be moved to regular dining seating. At that point, the hibachi chef came over, offered us alcohol (which we declined), and then made a sarcastic comment that he would have cleaned the grill before cooking on it. The grill should have been cleaned before guests were seated, not after we had already been waiting nearly an hour and after other patrons had been so disgusted by the condition that they left. Being told it would be cleaned “before cooking” completely missed the point of our concern.
Our waitress was wonderful and did the best she could under the circumstances, but unfortunately the food was disappointing as well. To make matters worse, my mother found a hair in her rice.
Aside from an apology for the lengthy wait, there was no attempt to make things right—no discount, comped item, or any gesture acknowledging the poor experience.
We have enjoyed dining here in the past, which makes this even more disappointing. Between the dirty hibachi station, the excessive wait, the lack of preparation, the poor food quality, and finding hair in the food, we will not be returning.

We went here for my nephew’s birthday and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, which is especially disappointing because we have be coming for 10 years.
Our reservation was at 5:00 PM. We arrived around 4:50 PM and were seated on time. While waiting, I noticed another table had already finished and left, and a second table was seated around the same time we arrived. Shortly after, another party came in believing they had a 5:00 PM reservation but were told it was actually for 5:30 PM.
The chef completely ruined the experience. He did not come to our table until 5:45 PM. Once he started cooking, he seemed distracted by other tables and even prepared broccoli on the side, explaining it was for the host and not for any guest. By this point, another table had been seated.
Around 6:05 PM, while we were still only at the rice course, the chef stopped cooking our food and called the host over. He then proceeded to argue with the host in front of everyone about reservation times and why multiple tables had been seated. Instead of focusing on preparing our meal, he spent several minutes debating staffing and scheduling issues in front of paying customers. I finally pointed out that our reservation had been at 5:00 PM and it was already after 6:15 PM. My sister eventually had to ask him to stop talking and finish cooking.
The food itself was also disappointing. The zucchini tasted strongly of lighter fluid. Two family members tasted it and immediately spit it out. The steaks were way overcooked as well.
The most frustrating part was the lack of professionalism. Guests should never have to witness staff arguments, especially when their food is already delayed. The chef acknowledged mistakes and even said he would adjust our bill because of the delays and issues, but that never happened.
To top it off, I accidentally left my credit card on the table got there around 7:06 PM to retrieve it. The chef was still working on the 530 renovation table.

Our server was very nice but unfortunately the kitchen took 40 minutes for our order (6 people) and the restaurant was empty.
