The best of both worlds in Italy and Spain unite for this blend. Dolcetto and Tempranillo come together to make this wine lovely, and elegant. Dolcetto, meaning, "little sweet one" in Italian, and "Tempra," meaning early, it truly sticks to its nature and we assure you it is right on time to enjoy! Tantalizing aromas of black fruits, with fresh herbs and baking spices invigorate the taste buds with ripe black plum, along with lush raspberries and cream. This wine is perfectly balanced with full flavor while maintaining its refreshing crispness. Pairing: Enjoy this wine with grilled or seared meats, wild game fowl, and lightly cooked vegetables. 2018 Petite Sirah$45.00
Often thought of as Syrah's younger brother, this one is every bit just as big and powerful. Being its own varietal apart from Syrah, a cross between the grapes Peloursin and Syrah, our Petite Sirah is big and bold enough to stand all on its own! A beautiful bouquet of black currants and black plums are felt first before showing you that it has more in store with hints of galvanizing coconut and baking spices. To the palate it delivers to expectation with delectable tastes of black cherries, currants accompanied with a dopple of vanilla and touch of minerality. This wine may be very complex, but is ready for any occasion! Pairing: Fatty smoked or barbecued meats. Dish: Moraccan lamb barbecued over open flame
