About this restaurant

Romantic
Good for special occasions
Innovative

"IL MITO Enoteca was born from my passion for a local restaurant comparable to those I frequented in Italy - a comfortable home away from home, where you can sip a great glass of wine, complemented by an incredible, rustic Italian cuisine.

The Cuisine of an Enoteca is the simplest of Italian cuisines, made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients that create amazing, complex rustic flavor combinations. Our Enoteca Style menu features homemade pastas, insalati (salads) Piatti Piccoli (small plates), Formaggi (cheeses), Bruschetta, Pizza and Secondi Rustica. It was created so that you may have a big meal with friends and family, or a light snack with your wine.

We at IL MITO Enoteca are grateful for your interest in our passion for food, friends, and life. We look forward to serving you soon and getting you addicted to an unforgettable experience!"

Greeted by Chef Feker, and he walked us to our table. So friendly and welcoming, as always. The cheese plate was delicious and a great start to our meal. I had the pumpkin ravioli, they were amazing and my husband had the fettuccine carbonara, also sooo good. Can’t wait to go back, it’s a 40 minute drive for us, but worth every minute.

My daughter had told me about Il Mito - it's near Ca'Luchenzo on North Avenue in E Tosa. Both are fine-quality dining with wine pairings. Michael Fecker is the owner of Il Mito and a fantastic chef that really knows how to prepare good food and combine flavors/textures - all the right things and his retaurant has a vibe of comfort and elegance while still casual (not jeans and T-shirts, but casual nice). He then opened a cool place in Hartland, called Zesti and we have been there a few times. Again, the ambiance, though larger, is still quality and has an open feel, including garage door-type windows open in the summer air. His staff are always spot on and his other restaurants, I think 2 more I have not dined in. A must-go for any foodie!

EM is an enjoyable little restaurant in the ever growing North Avenue business district. The menu has some interesting Mediterranean inspired dishes. I enjoyed the pork scaloppine with a lemon caper sauce.

We were really disappointed with the noise level...very loud... and the ambiance...too bright. It appeared as though they were overbooked and either under staffed or operating with a very stressed out staff. It was not a comfortable or pleasurable experience. Also, wine by the glass is their house wine and its marginal at best.
