Excellent service and delicious food. Must visit when you’re in NYC, and if you live here ready, it should be your go-to for dinner out.

It was ok. I’ve been to more friendlier restaurants. Menu was set no changes. Wasn’t something I would return to.

Amazing food. Sat in back which I enjoyed, but waiter did not refill water often. Had to ask for milk for my coffee (thought this should just be assumed?). Skimpy portions, but overall enjoyed the meal!

Looking for a good pandemic spot, we decided to try Isabelle's. They have indoor and outdoor seating, well spaced. We were very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food, and the great service. The portions were quite large, and the meal was excellent. I had the pork milanese and my friend had the pasta bolognese, and we would recommend them, both. We will certainly return, and this could become a new go-to spot in the Flatiron/Union Square area for me!

Loved it! Decorations were great for Valentine’s Day. Waiters knew the menu so well and were great with questions. Would definitely go back

I had the most disrespectful experience here. I made a reservation at 7:30pm, waited outside until 8pm and when I asked the hostess, she told me I had not been waiting long enough and walked away.

Solid food - we especially loved the mushroom lasagne, and pastas.

Great brunch experience! Menu has something for everyone. The spritz cocktails are so good and they kept a steady stream of coffee too. Outdoor set up is very warm with their build out. Got the steak and eggs and the fried chicken waffles and would definitely get both again. Love this new spot in the city!

Arrived hopeful as they had outside heaters! Our food was so innovative and delicious we will definitely be back.

The food was amazing! The freshly made Lumache met all my expectations.

Can’t speak to the food as the service was so poor we left before ordering. It was busy and we were understanding of that. However, we were sat and then two minutes later were asked to get up as the table was for another party (later on). Then our drink order arrived half incorrect and had no waiter for over 15 minutes to ask for a correction. The kind waiter who did respond to us when we asked was concerned and kind and said “I can be your waiter” so he clearly wasn’t, he was the only good thing about this experience. Disappointed as the food looked good yet the service was disorganized and poor.

Overall not impressed, we thought the food was a little overpriced for what it was.

server was pleasant and polite. however inattentive and did not follow up often to check on us and refill water ..brought out lukewarm coffee.
but still friendly and likable person.
needed to step up his attentiveness to customers. we were always trying to flag him down.

The food was excellent. The service could not have been better.

Overall great spot. I was impressed by the lasagna and burrata dishes. Very underwhelmed by their $65 tasteless steak which is not half as good as a standard steak house that charges less. So all in all good vibes and decent food. Worth a visit but may not impress those who’ve visited many high end restaurants in nyc.
