Food and service-wise Jaan is worth every bit of the price (not to mention the view). The chef came out to chat and asked if we had any favorites from the tasting menu and I wish I’d said ‘practically everything’ because that’s how my partner and I felt -from the amuse through the petits fours almost every dish was in the ‘memorable’ category. The possibility for a glass of champagne to start was, for whatever reason, more expensive than we had anticipated and is why I ticked four out of five stars for value. And personally I prefer no music to even the good sounding music played through the sound system. Bottom line for us however is that in Singapore we’ve dined several occasions at Waku Ghin, Restaurant Andre (closed now), Odette, Les Amis and Iggy’s. This visit to Jaan (our second) has been our favorite of the lot of them and is at the top of our list our next visit.

This was my first experience of dining at a Michelin star restaurant and it was worth every penny. Everything about the lunch was memorable, the presentation of the food, the explanations of each course, and the actual eating of the food was an amazing experience. the chef came out and chatted to us was also a lovely touch. The views of Singapore from the 70th floor were also great at lunch time, I am sure that the lights of the city must also be amazing if one goes for dinner

The food was not only extremely flavorful, but the presentation and story behind each dish was incredible. Views of Singapore at dusk were unbelievable from level 70. Highly recommended!

Best best course meal I had. The staff was really great by giving me the best seat in the restaurant and the complimentary birthday cake too even if it was last minute. Excellent service! The food is also amazing. Everything was so good. Definitely coming back again.

It was good to enjoy their high level of french dinings in a quiet with a beautiful window view. Foods were really delicious and well prepared. Their hidden dessert was amazing too.

My wife and I had one of the best eating experiences of our loves - the 10 course degustacion Menu was highlight original, with delicious with beautiful combinations of delicate tastes. The Service was informed, friendly and professional. The ambience was sophisticated and calming. The chef came out at the end of the meal to talk with us about the meal and origins, and answer our questions. All delightful and outstanding.
