Jai Ho Indian Kitchen & Bar
Great service, fantastic food, beautiful patio!
The food is just amazing and the service too. It seems like it’s a new place to the area so I didn’t know until we decided to try it.
Restaurant was very dirty. The food supply was very low. A very poor selection. The first time I’ve ever eaten Indian food and not had an option to eat tandoori chicken.
The food was amazing!!!! Our server didn’t come around much, but the food was outstanding!
Hidden gem. Walking distance from Piedmont Park and Atlanta botanical Gardens. Great place for a date. Really enjoyed our time there.
Delicious food and I love the location, tucked away off of Dutch Valley Road, close to the Beltline. The buffet is excellent for the price and the amount of food offered and they have great cocktails ( the bar scene is also a plus). I loved it and will be back and take my friends as well. And they had cricket and Bollywood on TV not afraid to embrace their heritage, they are authentic and that counts, that was a definite plus for this cricket lover.
This is our favorite Indian restaurant. The Chana Masala is really good and so is the rosemary Naan. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It’s quiet and comfortable. The service is prompt and courteous. I highly recommend it.
Good Indian food, not fantastic. Nice setting and great service.
The food is the best I have had in Atlanta -- and maybe even India! The owner is so nice and personable. He formerly worked for the Taj Group in India. The outdoor dining area was delightful. The calamari was so good as an appetizer we almost ordered it again as an entree. Not to be missed! The curries were complex and delicious. The Lamb Shank melted in my mouth. I cant wait to go back again and repeat a few and then try every dish on the menu.
Thanks to the staff for making our meal extra special --- a birthday dessert for my friend! Much appreciated.
The food was awesome. The staff was very friendly. Restaurant was nice with sufficient parking.
Great spot off the beaten path.
One of a kind. Lamb chops as suggested by the chef were succulent and delicious. I ordered Dal with naan alongside and it made the best combination. Friendly staff and owner. Although tucked away on the NE side of Atlanta but a 9 minute Uber drive. A MUST TRY!
The good was great! My fave was the curried chicken soup, OUTSTANDING best I’ve had! The Chef came to the table and I had to tell him about it. The server could have been a tad more attentive but by no means did it have a bad effect on out experience. Also there was a semi-private event going on so I get it! I live nearby so I will def be back.
My friend, who had never been to Jai Ho before, and I recently had dinner at Jai Ho. The food was good. However, the service was mediocre. Our waiter wasn't friendly and, quite frankly, didn't seem to want to be bothered with us. The restaurant wasn't busy. I will not be going back to this establishment.
Good food and ambience. Went on Sunday limited choices on buffet and items do run out ( spicy chicken wings😋), they do replace it other food. Overall the experience was good. I will go back to try dinner menu
The best Indian food experience. My wife and I will be going back very soon. We loved it.
When the items on the Menu is less, you know, the Chef specializes only on those and you are assured, of the Quality, Taste, Right ingredients with the correct Quantity.
Areas of improvement - Seating is very congested inside for a party of 11 people. Indian Food needs space on the table to enjoy....cluttered table takes away the fun of enjoying the food.
Courteous, although the Waiter who served us was courteous, the other waitress didn't show much attention. Generally, any waiter or waitress should keep an eye on all the tables, there's always someone in the able asking for something ...extra cutlery (especially Indian food), water or additional menu item.
Overall, the taste of starters.enteree, main course, the Biryani and the Jamoon Pie are rated high. Crumablee a no-no...Rasmalai would taste and be an awesome addition to the desserts.
I love how flavorful the food is and how friendly the waiters are! Also, if you're vegetarian, GF, or Vegan they have options :)
Jai Ho Indian Kitchen and Bar is truly a gem. We came for Sunday brunch with our family who was visiting from Belize. We were met at the door by Anish and waited on by a most pleasant young lady. The buffet was comprised of a wonderful selection of both traditional and vegan dishes. Essentially, they offered something to suit even the most discriminating of palates. The flavors made my appetite leap for joy! This is, by far, the BEST Indian food I've tasted in Atlanta. :-) We will definitely be back.
Delicious food and cocktails. Friendly attentive service. Loved it!
The staff and owner or Jai Ho are very accommodating, courteous and attentive. The food is good but not exceptional. The restaurant would be much busier in a different location. Would recommend for an easy, relaxed evening with friends.
We've enjoyed Indian cuisine throughout the US. Really like Jai Ho. Great food, great service, will be back.
Great dinner near the park!
Good was great so too was the service.
The music was a bit loud but had a great evening!
The food was outstanding! There was a pianist. The owners greeted us and wished us well. It’s was Valentine’s Day and the hostess gave all the ladies a rose.
Really good food. Probably among the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Great service too.
Food was good but the service was very bad. There were hardly 3 parties that were dining and they took for ever to get the food. Some of the items were served cold, example Naan was cold. Very badly managed serving by the chef. I think he cooked the naan well before the dishes were ready.
We came here for the Sunday Buffet and were so happy with our experience. They had a variety of things out so we were able to try all kinds of things for the first time. It’s hard to find places that serve masala dosas, which is one of my guilty pleasures, and they make a really crispy and delicious masala dosa. We are so excited to come back!
Great place for a business meeting. Open table layout with a manageable noise level. Has WiFi. Friendly staff. Fantastic food! I could eat a gallon of the daal.
Food and service were excellent as usual. Drinks were very good and generous. Indian music was way too loud, not at all to our taste and not very relaxing. Space is not amenable to loud music and quiet conversation at the table. We would definitely recommend it for good Indian food that is cooked to your
liking and spice preference. Will go back often and plan to bring friends from Athens.
Service was excellent -- waiter readily answered questions and offered helpful suggestions. Food was even better -- tasty, well spiced, enough for leftovers. Chef came out to ask about our meal. We will be back.
Great experience for my first time.
Service was terrible but the food was amazing.
Service was slow.
Our experience at Jai Ho was excellent. My two adult daughters and I had just been to the Fox, and we wanted to try something new. Both of them had tasted Indian cuisine before and liked it. The food was excellent, and I say that even though I was not particularly fond of it. I have simply decided I am not a fan of Indian spices and flavors. However, the meat was delicious, and both of my daughters thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The service was good, and the ambiance was quite nice. An enjoyable experience overall!
I loved all the dishes we got and the naan. Remember though if you order spicy, you are going to get spicy! I can’t wait to go back!!
Fantastic Indian cuisine. Great Service. Not overly busy in the evenings.
My favorite Indian spot for delicious spicy cuisine from North and South India. Had the samosa chaat, Lamb Madras Curry, and Chettinad chicken with Lachha parathas.
We had the weekend lunch buffet. Unlike other Indian restaurants, the choices were fewer, but quality was much better. Food was not very greasy or overly spicy (was not bland either). We really enjoyed the meal.
