   Simply spectacular!!! We were there on a rainy cloudy day and the view was still amazing. We arrive 10 minutes early and they seated us quickly in the service and food was excellent. I also loved the orchids and other flowers decorating the space. I will definitely be back

   JG Skyhigh is very nice with good service, excellent drinks and a nice view but unfortunately they have made the decision to bring in live music several nights a week which is way too loud for the size of the space. This makes it almost impossible to hold a conversation. Add to that the Instagram centric culture in the US which means that rather than sitting at their tables, many of the patrons are constantly walking around taking 100s of flash pictures on their phones and it becomes tiresome very quickly. I might go back on a Tuesday or Thursday evening when I understand there is no band, but that won't solve the problem of people in this day and age not knowing how to conduct themselves in public. Such a shame but that's where we are now.

   The best thing about my experience was the beautiful views and aesthetics inside. This is worth the visit but perhaps just for that. I visited at night. What caused my experience to not be the best were two things. 1. The food portion and quality and 2. the bar service. While the food looked beautiful, the portions were super small and tasted pretty average. The bar men weren’t very attuned to me sitting down and showed better service to a chosen few. Perhaps I would recommend this place for one over priced drink and of course the beautiful views.

    JG Skyhigh is one of the most beautiful bar/restaurant I have ever experienced. It sits atop the Four Seasons hotel (60th floor) and has 180 degree views of downtown Philadelphia. The food was excellent, inventive but not challenging. The service is outstanding and personal and not rushed. This place is an experience, and well worth a visit. I highly recommend it.

    My friend from Nashville was here for support after my eye surgery. The yellowfin was lovely but over salted as was the shrimp risotto I had to request a replacement for cosmo bc it was very sour. Mine, too! However, I drank it. Ambience & server - excellent.

    The view cannot be beat & every single person there was friendly, welcoming, & capable. There is a nice selection of wines by the glass (this was a birthday celebration) & the food was delicious.

    Great place for brunch! Very premium experience. Food is very fresh although they don’t give you a ton of food. The ambiance was great, you couldn’t hear any other tables despite it being very busy.

    Overall I am happy with my experience, but there were a few things that didn't seem consistent in how they were operating this past Sunday. There was the St. Pattys Day parade so traffic was a nightmare with road closures. I was going to be late because our poor uber driver was trying his best with maps that were not updated to reflect the detours to get us there. When i called the hotel to see if they had any suggested routes it took 3 calls because their concierge was not picking up and I was getting bounced all over the place until they finally connected with me with a super responsive and extremely helpful woman, Jean. Once we arrived, the table was not ready and we had to wait about 15 minutes. We were already a little late (about 5 minutes) for a 1:00 reservation so not sure why it wasn't ready, they were not overly busy. I had asked if not too much trouble when I made the reservation if they would mind putting a candle on the dessert I ordered since it was my mom's birthday. They replied in the Open Table message that was no problem. When we arrived they immediately wished my mom a Happy Birthday which was nice. The food then took a really long time to come out, and once the dessert did arrive there was no candle or acknowledgment. The experience was a little disappointing and just seemed off for the Four Seasons.

    My hamburger was undercooked; my Bloody Mary too spicy to drink and the pizza crust was thin and soggy. The atmosphere and waiter were superb! This was our belated birthday/valentine celebration that was disappointing but we’ll try again next year.

    Least impressive Jean-Georges experience I have ever had. The food was underwhelming. The view & ambiance were lovely but instead of being sat at one of the two open window tables were were placed at an uncomfortable sofa in the middle of the service area. I felt like a small child sitting low to the table, while my sister was in a chair across from me two feet above my head. The service was awful. Took almost 20-30 minutes to even be addressed - the girl on the other end of the sofa from us was getting food, drink and staff circulating (& the rest of her party wasn't even seated!) Every server in there seemed like they were moving in reverse they were so slow. Then because they knew we were ignored they quickly brought out everything at once.. drinks and appetizers. No time to drink before eating - decided not to stay for the rest of the meal and left early!

    A wall of vases filled with a variety of bright, purple orchids is a spectacular welcome when exiting the elevator into the restaurant. The city views, especially at sunset are impressive. The contemporary decor is elegant and unique. A limited menu still offers many choices from appetizers to main dishes and dessert. JG Sky High is a wonderful way to have a Jean George dining experience without splurging for a seven course meal.

    Amazing time! The views alone are well worth it! This was a kid friendly restaurant, so took my 4 year old for dinner. Food was good, service was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting! Will be returning soon.

    This was not my first time at JG Philly & the food difference was night and day! While the ambiance is beautiful, I’ve already experienced it, so if the food is no good there’s no reason to go back. The tuna tartare was not prepared properly. I’ve had better tartare at small neighborhood restaurants. The cauliflower was burned. Not a little, it was burned, burned. Also not very pleasing to the eye. The plate looked more like a left over from Christmas than a fresh spring plate. (Look at pics). The other meal was even worse, fast food at best. I did enjoy the cocktail & also did like the mustardy dip for the cauliflower. It was tasty. Service was very nice & Margarita at the hostess’ stand was very friendly.

    It Was supposed to be a very special birthday lunch , they had plenty of seating on both sides of the restaurant. The hostess was very persistence on seating us next to a large and loud party of 10. Then they switched us next to a gentlemen who was on a conference call with a laptop on the table. I felt like I was at Starbucks. But at least at Starbucks the drinks are 5$ not 35$! We chose too sit at the bar with Medid (bartender)he was great! He was very accommodating I wish the rest of the staff was like him. I was treated so much better at Jean Georges in NYC. Food was excellent the view even better. Just not the hospitality I would expect from a high end place like that on a slow Tuesday lunch service.

    I decided to make a last minute lunch reservation when checking out of my hotel. Everything from walking in to exiting was very accommodating. Sarah A. is a top tier server and made sure I was well taking care of. I had a fantastic lunch with a well-crafted cocktail. All paired very nicely with the relaxing views up from the 60th floor.

    When we first got off the elevator, the area was beautiful. I loved how everything looked. Our reservation was for 8:45pm and we were 10 mins early, so we waiting at the bar area for a few mins while our table was getting prepared. I had an old fashioned, and that was one of the best that I’ve ever had. Our seating area was very nice looking and very comfortable. The food was amazing. I had the Calamari for my appetizer and had the sirloin for my main. Both were delicious. My on issue was that my friend and I both ordered the sirloin, he asked for medium and I got mid rare, and they gave us the wrong steak. We didn’t realize until after about the third cut. But other than that, JG was a great place and I’ll definitely be coming back
