Service was bad at the start but gradually improved as the meal progressed. Tea was not served in the beginning even though the pot was already there and service staff seemed frazzled at the beginning even though they said they were adequately staffed for the Sunday lunch service. Food was good but nowhere worth the cost vs quality and taste compared to other places like Summer Palace, Summer Pavilion etc. Probably won't be back again.

Food was outstanding. I think this was the best dim sum I've had so far this year. We had many of the standard dim sum dishes, along with peking duck. Every dim sum dish was delicious and executed well. The service was also excellent, attentive and warm. It did cost around $450 for 3 adults and 1 toddler though, and even though you might expect such service and food quality, it was still so nice to enjoy such an excellent experience.

Most dishes were excellent. Personal favourites were the seafood soup and the braised spiny lobster. We brought our 2 young children and they especially enjoyed the honey glazed pork and claypot bean curd. Jiang Nan Chun even gave a complimentary chocolate cake as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary.

I tried the business lunch set - a chef curated tour of the dishes offered at this Michelin-starred restaurant. The delicious tasting menu started with an amuse bouche of crab meat in a sweet & sour gelee. Next was a trio of the delicious dim sum, elevated - shrimp dumpling, abalone graced pork siu mai and a shredded turnip pastry. Followed by a selection of the house BBQ smoked duck, crispy pork belly and BBQ pork collar char siu style. Then a flavorful clear Cantonese soup with meatballs and dried cordicep flowers and a delectable sweet & sour pork with figs. The main course was a spiny lobster half with hand pulled noodles. The dessert was a nice bowl of mango and pomelo sago, accompanied by their signature fruit gelee and a bite-sized pineapple cake. It was a fantastic unforgettable meal and the service was spot on. If you’re in Singapore, you must book a table here to try the delectable dishes!

Fine dining at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Service, environment and food is at the highest standards as fitting a Four Seasons Hotel. The wait staff were warm and welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for my mom who is a vegetarian. Food was delicious and the dining room was very comfortable, not stuffy. The meal ended with a service of complementary pineapple cakes and fruit gelle, which was the perfect ending of a nice dinner. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic service rendered during our time there especially a young PRC Service staff who offered to take photos for us. We didn’t get her name though. Food was just average. The best dish was the surprised anniversary cake given by the resturant.

Overated; overpriced. The infamous Peking duck was just so so. Duck fried rice was bland. Table service was not top notched.

There were unexpected complimentary starters and desserts, and the staff was very attentive. There was even a complimentary birthday cake to celebrate my father's birthday.

This is our 4th visit over a span of about 6-7 years...we always try to eat here whenever we visit Singapore. Had the Lou Tai Yan Yu set this time and the cooking continues to be of a high standard. We did however noticed a more marked shift of style towards the west…. eg dim sum in long rectangular plates instead of in the traditional steam basket, lobster served halved so you need knife and fork to eat it - nothing ‘bite size’ about that dish! And the amuse bouche of crab meat over a slice of strawberry is a fusion mix too far for us - the tastes of the 2 elements just don’t go together. So in summary, we would still come again to appreciate the dining experience and the tip top service. But we hope you would re-embrace the classic style of Chinese food a little more when we next visit.

The moment you walk into Jiang Nan Chun you know that it is very exclusive and a good place to entertain your important guests. The menu is well designed and the food is aplenty. We ordered a Peking Duck for the 4 of us and it really was too much. The meat was tough suggesting that the duck is old. The waitress could have informed us about it. Probably half a duck is more than enough, especially it is oily. The soup and fish is really good and our guests liked the dessert. However it is an expensive restaurant

The waitress who took our order kept pushing the most expensive dishes. Not classy for such a high-end restaurant. Also, we had to keep signaling for refill of tea, but that may be because they seemed a bit understaffed.

The food was great. Service was superb and attentive. I enjoyed the meal except for the food portions. The food portions were more like those of a degustation meal. It leaves a nagging feeling that although the food was good, it may not be value for money, considering it was quite an expensive meal. I would probably reserve this for a very special occasion.

1. Arrived 15 min earlier, server(manager) asked to wait outside saying "you are too early" 2. Gave table right next to front exit 3. Wrapped peking duck all at once letting food get cold 4. Even before the half of wrapped duck were consumed, second course (kung pao) were served clearly didn't caring whether food gets cold or not 5. Tea was never served until 1st pot was cleared 6. When compaints were shared, fist thing manager (woman in glaces) commented about table location was "this was your booked table" but hall was not full. There were other tables inside with view 7. Got impression that manager didn't want to care because two young women came.

We request for corner quiet table as it is Business Meeting with the company chairman but table at the doorway was given. Is that considered quiet corner? Very disappointed as request was not being follow when we booked way early date.
