Joe's Original, formerly Not Your Average Joe's -Dartmouth features a casual, made - from scratch menu served in a restaurant and bar that offers guests a place to gather with family and friends. Waitress was extremely slow, which was very disappointing. I normally have no problem at this restaurant. I understand the need to take care of a large table, but when you leave other tables who have parties at two unattended does not leave a positive outlook on the experience.

Our party of five had a great time. Food, service, cocktails, and Ashley our Server. All meals were delicious! Ashley, if you’re lucky enough to be at her table, enjoy!, what a great personality and service.

My daughter and I waited quite some time before being greeted at our table for two. I politely mentioned to the manager who was checking in on guests that we had been seated for awhile. She sincerely apologized and a server was over right away. We were told a desert would be on the house. After my daughter indulged on their delicious brownie sundae the check arrived and the desert was not taken off the bill. I did not mind paying for it seeing as how my daughter enjoyed each bite and we dine at “served well” restaurants very often. Once I arrived home I received a call from the manager saying the bill was adjusted after we left and the desert was in fact removed from the bill. So sweet!

We love joes. It was so nice to see Jamie and Chloe or server is always amazing. U want a great accurate meal go to Joes it’s never a disappointment

Good to try the Joe's historic menu, but no one told us there were fewer tables than normal due to the restaurant's 30 anniversary. Also, the reserved table was not ready, and the staff didn't offer any of the free swag that other diners got. Nor did they tell us there was a raffle to enter. One entree was undercooked pasta - too al dente. Wait staff was very attentive.

The raffle had ended prior to your coming in, but we feel badly that t-shirts were not offered to your family of being part of the celebration. Please accept our apology, as your server may have thought you had received as most shirts were being given out at the door. We'd like to offer a "redo" on your meal that wasn't enjoyed; may we send an egift?
