Johnny Manhattan specializes in steaks, pizza and Italian cuisine.     Had a nice evening. Our only complaint was that we were celebrating our Anniversary, which I noted on the reservation and was sat at a two top table in the middle of a room with guests sitting very close to us. We could have shared conversations with them. We were hoping for a little more intimate experience. And they made no acknowledgment of our special date!

    Beautiful ambiance, food was good, salad could've been better, it was very basic... Texas Roadhouse has better salads! Service was great! Pricey, but nice for special occasions.

    Service was impeccable! Food and drinks were amazing. We celebrated my Mom's 89th birthday and we couldn't have made a better choice than Johnny Manhattan's. Thank you for making my Mom's birthday dinner so lovely and memorable! Nicole was a gem!

    Johnny Manhattans has become one of our favorite upscale restaurants. The food is always wonderful and the ambience is lovely. It is so beautifully decorated for the holidays which makes the visit even that much more enjoyable. We always have a great meal here and the service was the best!!!

    This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. The huge fireplace and holiday decorations are quite beautiful. Suggestions: keep the dining room a bit cooler, we estimated 75- 80 degrees. Several of us stepped outside to cool down. We think the fireplace puts out a lot of heat, but perhaps the wine contributed! Mushrooms are served on the same plate as the steaks. I think it’s wonderful but some people have mushroom allergies.

    Love the ambiance and drinks. Crab cakes were okay, but no chunks of crab, and parts of each were cold. My wife loved her scallops, but for the price thought 4 medium/smaller pieces weren’t enough. My steak had great flavor, but it had gristle running through it which could have been trimmed out.

    My wife and I had a great meal and the service was top notch. Portions are really big even for me a member of the clean plate club. We both took home enough for another meal. The dining room is tastefully decorated for Christmas. Overall everything was fantastic and we will certainly return.

    We love this dining venue. Something on the menu for everyone and various price points available. Pizza has the crispiest thin crust. Nancys cheese bread is a must have! Give it a try!

    Our meal was great and our server, Savanna, was excellent. My only complaint was that we were seated in a small, noisy back room near the restrooms. Would have preferred the main dining room.

    Great overall but won’t let you swap out a potato for a vegetable like most restaurants do. Not good for my wife’s diet. Weird for an upscale restaurant. Offer asparagus for $12 more. Wallace lake gives you the asparagus at no extra charge if no potato.

    Place & staff are 5 stars! Food is way over priced for how it tastes, I don’t care how large the quantities are if it’s doesn’t taste great. I pay these prices at other restaurants all the time but the food is worth it even if it’s a smaller quantity. I had the scallops which actually came in a very small quantity for the price, just four of them, looked more like an appetizer. Others had the pork chops which was huge and more than 2 people could have ate. I asked them how they tasted and they said ok, a bit dry. So work on your quality not your portion sizes, your prices need to reflect what your getting. You can do better……much better

    This was my first time at Johnny Manhattan's, and I would highly recommend it! The prime ribeye was phenomenal. It was cooked perfectly and cut like butter. Great flavor! The espresso martinis and tiramisu also were great. Service and atmosphere were excellent. I will definitely be back!

    As far as wine is concerned when you say house Cab & there are 3 choices you should not be given a $12 glass of wine ~ & I do not know many restaurants where the house wine is &12

    Our waitress, Eva, was friendly, efficient and informative. She did an excellent job. Food tasted very good with an excellent selection on the menu. Only complaint was not oysters and thought the pricing was a bit on the high side.

    THIS IS A GREAT STEAK...SEAFOOD AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT ! LOTS OF DIFFERENT MENU CHOICES...we had the scallops which were large ...meaty and delicious ! if you have not been here you need to go for a classic supper club dining experience !

    Amazing service and food . Our waitress was the best. The restaurant is one of the best in Milwaukee. Very elegant and high class atmosphere. It will be one of my favorites restaurants to dine in from now on. I can wait to come back really quick.

    Chloe was our server and she was excellent! So very attentive and wore a beautiful smile! Our food was wonderful, served slowly, as we had asked, and each entree was extremely tasty. What a wonderful find!!!
