Juvia is a 10,000 square foot indoor/ outdoor restaurant and lounge on the penthouse level of the parking garage by Herzog & de Meuron at 1111 Lincoln Road. Owned and operated by Jonas and Alexandra Millan of Bonito St. Barth, Juvia's dining room features a vertical garden, designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc, which invokes the lushness of the Amazon rainforest. Poor service upon arrival! Hostess very rude and giving attitude to the customers and the rest manager couldn’t care about customers observations. Only the server Anthony gave us great service! Otherwise they seem to have an attitude like customers have to thank them for allowing you in, when it should be the other way around! They should be welcoming and thanking customers for visitingz.

Amon was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great service. However, the ambience was not at the level we had grown accustomed to. We felt like we were packed in like sardines. The additional seating to accommodate additional tables wrecked our dining experience which is what Juvia use to be known for.

I was recommended this place and it is a very nice place the staff was great and have zero complaints about them. They add a mandatory tip I believe it was 17% we added more but personally hate that just a personal preference. Food was pretty good the view was amazing but the music was a bit on the loud side only real complaint. Drinks were also amazing. Pay attention to how they say to find the elevator to the restaurant lol that was out mistake and almost didn’t find it. This is a place to go to for a special time.

The food was not worth the amount of money spent. At that price point I was expecting the food to be amazing/mind blowing, but it was not. The wagyu, for example ,tasted like an ordinary steak that anyone could of made at home. It probably was not really wagyu beef. I was very disappointed given that the atmosphere was great as well as the drinks and service. My expectations were high. It’s really, not worth it to sit down and eat. Grab a drink, enjoy the view, take a pic, and go, that’s all.

The food and service was outstanding. Unbelievable flavors and our server was so accommodating. Only issue was there was a table outside large enough for our party of 6 and the hostess pointed out that it was set for 7. We than thought it must be reserved. Well no one was ever seated there. The night was so lovely that we wanted to take advantage of it. Taking away a place setting would not have been difficult. But overall it was a great experience and would go again, for sure!!!!

If there ever was an opportunity for a rooftop rendezvous taking in the very best view of South Beach, while satisfying a voracious vernacular appetite, Juvia is the place to experience all of this. Apart from the aforementioned, the employees and service are attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The food is a blend of Asia, South America, and Mediterranean, while the quality is what should be expected at the very best places in Miami. Juvia is an atmosphere that melds all of the best with ones senses into one location; a must for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary.

Juvia was recommended to me by a client of mine. Although we had the 'sunset menu' as did most of the others surrounding us, the food was, at best, very mediocre. We were celebrating our anniversary and both the service and staff were exemplary.... but our respective meals were 'eh'. My wife and I had both different entrees and different main courses... all 4 actually were not very good. -- Very disappointing unfortunately, but we can only assume they must have been much tastier later in the evening when they, I'm guessing, weren't pre-prepared. But again... service was excellent.
