   Burger was alright, chips were terrible. Been to the Melbourne one and that was so much better and funnier. Atmosphere wasn’t great and wasn’t even that funny

   We had a great time, very funny but unfortunately the was not great so as an adult I won’t be back but my daughter and her friends will be, definitely worth a visit but don’t expect to much food wise.

   Underwhelming & not great. The videos & atmosphere shown on their page was not what it was like & the restaurant was virtually empty. Food wasn’t great to make up for the lack of atmosphere. Go once to say you’ve gone & seen it for yourself but wouldn’t go back as it wasn’t enjoyable

   The waitresses need a medal, awesome at what they do! We did find they were a little understaffed which made the experience not as enjoyable. Great atmosphere, great food, we probably won't be back again though ;)

   Karens diner is definitely a novel experience worth trying. The vegan options that we tried were not that great. The fried chips were not good, burgers were lacking flavour, but the onion rings were nice. Enjoyed a good roasting from the staff, I can imagine it would be difficult to engage in theatrics on top of a standard hospitality job.

    I took my family to Karen’s to celebrate my son getting a new job and it didn’t disappoint from even ringing up to double check my booking time.. the characters were held perfectly haha. Loved the Karoke and quiz questions it brought everyone together and felt like one big party lol. Be good to see Karen’s in a bit better set up, I feel the table at the front is too seperate, burgers were great. Really fun experience, we had a great laugh and that’s what it’s all about. I want duck I think her name was haha.. she was the best! Thanks for a great experience xx

    We enjoyed the banter and atmosphere that the staff created, the only feedback that we had was we thought there was a lot of swearing when It was not necessary and said the banter the staff created with us was more enjoyable than the swearing

    Customer service was trash….. just what I wanted 😌thanks for living my dreams, coming from another fast food worker. It was a brilliant experience and for some reason I just wanted to be nicer to the staff. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back. Next time with someone who will want to speak to the manager 😏 TBH thought it would have been more intense, but the way we were treated…. #LiveLaughLove See you guys soon xx

    Found it hard to hear the waitress as they were talking to softly and the music was loud and people on other tables had to talk loud to be heard. Food was good and filling. Would have liked the staff to be more rude though it was too toned down for my liking. Great interaction with the spin the wheel game. Not sure if I would go again as I think the experience would be the same. Overall the family had a good laugh.

    My daughter and I came for dinner together yesterday. We were having a great time and we were contemplating having a milkshake after our meals. I could see that the line outside was getting quite long with groups of people and not enough tables / chairs. We were willing to forfeit our milkshakes to help. Coming from a business owner I genuinely offered one of the staff members our table and chairs to assist in their patrons waiting to come in and get seated and while I get rudeness is part of the experience I found her response was unacceptable as I was genuinely trying to help keep your customers happy.

    Great concept, poorly executed. We were told they didn’t have any potato fries 5 minutes after our order was made. We were then charged for the sweet potato substitute which my kids didn’t eat. I understand they need to stay in character but it was poorly handled. We won’t be back.

    Hmmm nothing to write home about. Food was average, service was rude and non existent as expected, staff play their role well. Would I be go back? No prefer to spend the money on good food. Having said that it's worth trying once just to experience it.

    I got the Karen’s got beef burger which was really good, juicy and flavourful. My partner got the I want to see the manager burger which he said the patty was undercooked and it was covered in way to much sauce, he was a little disappointed with his meal. The sweet potato fries were amazing though but we wish it came with sauce. The theme was funny and the staff weren’t disrespectful but obviously rude. Would go again with friends.

    Arrived expecting a lot. Did not deliver. Food was good. Highlight of the night was paying the bill. The only banter of any note came from the Manager when getting us to pay. Ticked it off as a place to go but would not rush back.

    I walked in with my bogan, swearing attitude and the staff gave it back nearly as good. I do have a few more years experience at that type of humour. The spin the wheel games were fun to watch. Despite enjoying the banter, the food was not great and at the end of the day, that’s what we are also paying for, and not just the experience. I can role play that bogan humour with friends and I’d rather get a burger at Hood Burger or similar as that’s how burgers should be. Improve the food and I’d consider returning.

    Last night myself, my partner and another couple went to Karen's diner in Subiaco Perth. We were more then entertained with the diner's staff and ended up splurging on cocktails and food in which we were very impressed by the quality of food and delicious cocktails. However, as we were paying the bill the waitress did something that took it too far, and I thought was very wrong. The waitress verbally told us our bill was $409 which was reasonable for what we got but she had written on the eftpos machine $450, not realising my partner tapped away. After he tapped the waitress said, 'did you read the screen'. I can understand the diner's humour side but acknowledging a $40 tip after the transaction has gone through is unacceptable.

    Rude and grumpy service is the theme and we could laugh at that but being personally attacked by the staff was horrible. I felt like we paid to eat average food and to be abused by one staff member on particular. I can't see this restaurant still iperating in 2 years time. Definitely won't recommend it to friends.

    This was a fantastic night out. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant and staff lived up to their reputation. Great food and bad service. I would recommend this for a fun night out.

    Great concept I've never laughed so much...had a great night would recommend it to anyone, just needing a bigger location and maybe with some outdoor settings but all in all a brilliant
