Tiana and the whole group were beyond nice and so personable. Amazing steak and awesome service.

Loved the bubble huts and all of the lights outside. Servers and staff very welcoming. The food was delicious and definitely get dessert!

My family and I looked forward to having a nice quiet dinner. We chose to dine on the level up floor from the main entrance. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting all the tables were close to each other and the waitress was back to back when taking orders and serving food. I understand things like this do happen on a Saturday evening. The food was excellent we always get the mussels. I noticed the waitress they were under a lot of tension from the way management or ownership was behaving toward them. Even with how crowded and rowdy it was we could hear how they were talking down on them I personally felt for the waitress who is pregnant she was doing her best. Our waitress was the nicest she assisting her as much as she could with how busy they were they did a fantastic job. We love coming here but it was our first time dealing with all of this. We will come back cause the food is amazing and at a great price.

Lovely Sunday evening at Kefi, nice to be outside with a great waiter and a very nice menu. Everyone was very attentive and the quality of the food was great.

overall everything was AMAZING! Food was DELICIOUS & great price point! & our waiter was so sweet!

Only thing I did not like was that they have like a pink/purple lighting system; we went around 8pm etc!

Prime rib dinner was awful and cold. Drunk diners were obnoxiously loud and management did nothing about it.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Not only because the food is excellent but the ownership and the staff are fantastic, great people!

Evening was ok. Dinner was good, drinks were great, service was attentive (but we were literally the only ones in the dining area so they had nothing else to do). My biggest complaint was that I made reservations for the roof top deck, was seated, then told I would have to move because of a private party that was taking place in the adjacent space and decided once they saw someone on the deck that they also wanted that space. The server had to walk me past the group, and I could see them laughing that I had to move. Seriously? That was poor customer service, and handled wrong. Would have been a great night, but that left a poor taste in my mouth.

The food quality and service was excellent. We were seated outside and it was quite relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

What a night. We were a party of 5 and each ordered something different. Tuna; Scallops; Lamb; Chicken and Clams. All excellent. Our waitress was upbeat and positive
On top of Lancaster city on a summer night. Awesome.
My only fear is that everyone will learn how great this is and in the future, it may be harder to get a reservation
