We arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to seat us. Our waiter was very considerate and helpful. He charged my friend’s phone for her while we were eating. We ordered the sushi which comes with 8 cut pieces. It was delicious and satisfied our sushi craving. The restaurant is located across Bryant Park in the hotel, so afterwards you can enjoy walking through the park. Would definitely go again!
Very pleasant.
Staff attentive and very respectful of current restrictions.
Great culinary experience
The service was excellent! We were seated after getting our temperature checked and our information was taken. Great table server was attentive. Everything came out in a timely fashion. Food was great and there specialty drinks were great. All in all we had a great experience. They def haven’t lost their touch. Can’t wait to go back.
This is our second meal at Koi over the past few months and it just continues to be incredible. The quality of the food and the sushi is incredible and the atmosphere and service are terrific. Highly recommend.
Great food and amazing service. Everyone was really nice.
This is the second time I have been here in a month. Excellent shared plates!
The food is delicious but of course pricey. I think the staff might have been overwhelmed .
Amazing in all respects. Still my favorite pan-Asian restaurant in NYC!
I was super excited to get back to Koi after COVID shut them down. Their menu is limited, but the food did not disappoint and the service was perfect and on point. Glad to have them back in business.
The service was great and there was enough distance between the seats for safe social distancing
Food was spectacular! The sushi tacos were just the right level of spice, crispy rice is very yummy and the salmon carpaccio is to die for! The Shared plates are the way too go
Overall, very positive experience: nice ambience, good service, delicious food. Wine selection was a little bit of an issue but at the end we were able to find a good bottle of wine.
Always love everyone at Koi. Iftikar the manager is a gem. Happy to see them back open. Don’t miss out.
A real let down in terms of price and quality! Under staffed and deserted!
Simply the best & so happy they’re open & surviving the pandemic economic crisis
Food was delicious and the background music was great. We had a really good time.
Just so damn happy that Koi is open again!! First weekend back and it was as good as ever. Cheers to the staff that made us all feel comfortable and safe!!
Great food and amazing atmosphere
As always we enjoy the ambiance and great food, the staff is exceptional. I have been coming to celebrate my daughters birthday here. She loves coming here for her birthday this is the 4th year we have celebrated her birthday at Koi
The food has been better
The host was rude and provided poor service. Will not return.
Very nice ambiance, food tasted so amazing and service was excellent!
This is the fourth or fifth time coming here...food quality seems to have fallen from the previous years. But the pricing has seriously increased. My wife and I had shared plates and two rolls...bill came out to over 400$. I did have two moderately expensive scotch's but even without that 4 shared plates and two rolls should not be over 330$
I don't believe we will be back....
Food was amazing and service was amazing. We will definitely come back soon
Great service great food
Excellent overall
Service was excellent, Food was very well prepared, tasty, and beautifully plated. Enough space so you are not cheek to jowl to the next tables, in a nice high vaulted space. Cocktails were well made, and generous. Only minor issue is the noise levels due to the high ceilings. You can't have it all.
Felt like the food wasn’t the freshest.
Our waiter was amazing.
She absolutely understands people.
Terrific food though pricey...suppose that’s expected for excellent Japanese food.
Excellent food and service.
Excellent service and fabulous food.
Miso cod was very tasty and the service was quite good.
Everything was great. Service was awesome
We had an amazing time. Food was delish, and they sat us, even though we came late after theater.
THANK YOUI!.
Took forever to order but food was great!
Delicious, fresh and innovative food -- never disappoints.
Koi at Bryant Patk is outstanding... better quality food than Nobu ... and definitely better service!
Highly recommended Koi if you love Asian Cuisine
This restaurant feels like a has been that's still holding on. Like that place that was really cool and now is a solid easy option for the business crowd around Bryant Park, but on a weekend when the city is at your disposal.... there are MUCH more appealing sushi and fish restaurants in my opinion. And that's too bad because the one thing the restaurant does right is impeccable service. As for the sushi, it's average but expensive. Some of it did not taste as fresh as it could. And if you are trying to avoid MSG beware.... the restaurant uses a lot of it. Our server told us it's in their sauces, the roe, the seaweed and the wasabi. They also cook some items with butter so if you are dairy-free make sure you are having that conversation in detail and ask for an accommodation. My husband and I enjoyed our meal and our little trip back to what felt like the year 2000 in terms of ambience. But we won't be back, that is unless I find myself having a mandatory business lunch in Bryant Park.
Food is a little price. But the service was great and sashimi was really fresh and delicious.
