This was my ultimate most favorite fine dining experience (ever!). The food was spectacular, people working there are just so kind, friendly and professional. Everything is super detail oriented, and the flavors are really thought through. The overall impression was truly experiential and amazing. Thank you guys for making my evening memorable and truly enjoyable.

I very much enjoyed my experience at Koi Experiential at Reynolds’s Chefs Table. I enjoyed watching the Master and his assistants create their masterpieces with specific attention to detail and finesse. He is a perfectionist. It’s a clean, tidy workbench and every dish presented had that wow factor. Unfortunately I could not hear the explanation of the dishes as presented due to everyone’s quiet voices and the names of ingredients however that was rectified with the accompanying menu. The whole night went so smoothly and I was left feeling full and satisfied.

We went there for our 3y manniversary: * booking was super easy done online * website informative - but could have also linked to the Koi Experimental as we only found about that after * greeted as soon as we walked in the door, friendly, efficient * place was immacutely clean * service was exceptional - the maître de was there like instantly when we needed him * had entrees & main meals. Both were exceptional and not bad price wise * even better was Reynold was there, he’s our fav Aussie Chef and if you’re doing the Experimental, he literally cooks in front of you. The only negative for us was the limited dessert menu - but easy fixed by popping next door to Koi, but that would be an awesome option to be able to select desserts from there?

Amazing customer service was provided by the two young ladies at the restaurant, only had the chance to ask one of the lady's names, which was Asami, perfect customer service, and recommend it to friends.

So innovative, delicious and friendly staff. The only negative was the seating: bar stools when you first enter. They can't be moved closer together or even swivel towards your partner so you do feel a bit like two bar-flys! We enjoyed the Koi Experiential - chairs again. They were a bit hard to move - maybe add some felt on the bottom. The backs are very low and offer no support, the bar is a bit high so it's not the normal angle for using utensils.

For $200pp, one would expect a more refined dining experience, while the food was delicious and impressive, Koi Experiential at Monkey’s Corner definitely doesn’t meet the standard for fine dining level of service. The fine dining section shares the same space with Monkey’s Corner which is an average restaurant. It was so noisy, we couldn’t hear the description of our food from the chefs. With the hearing sense so compromised, it’s hard to fully enjoy the tasting sense. The waitress looked exhausted, she didn’t offer to put our coats away until we asked. The portion was teeny-tiny - just for context I am a small girl who doesn’t eat much at once. Too few savoury dishes and too much sweets/dessert dishes, made us all feel lethargic by the end of the meal. The chefs were nice but their English wasn’t so good, we could not understand what they said about our food most of the time. I love the food, however I think the service, the ambiance, the space, the portion, the whole experience aren’t worth $200pp. Really hope the Koi chain will open a separate space for Koi Experiential with staff trained for fine dining serving, and be more generous with their portions. Until then, I won’t be back.

Wonderful high tea experience with beautiful presentation and great service from the wait staff. I found our seating private enough to enjoy our company. The pieces were all elaborate works of art whilst bursting with balanced flavors without being overcome by sweetness or excessive creaminess. If anything, I would have appreciated an extra savory piece . A truly memorable experience. Thank you Koi team!!!

Food was spectacular. Presentation, quality, majority of dishes were well balanced with rich and fresh components. My fave dishes was the kingfish, bread(!!!) and the melon dessert. Great experience and great service.

Went there for koi experiential, everything was amazing. Starting from the friendly service from the staff, see closely how all chefs prepared our food into art, and no need to mention about the taste. My fav is the crudo, cod and melon sorbet. 2 hours dine in felt so quick and surprisingly left with a full tummy. A lil advise probably better to mention how they gonna cook the rump since everyone have different preference. Will be back for the next trip

Lovely relaxin atmosphere for the Koi Experiential. We were sat at a bar setting surround the chefs preparing the meal. The food was exceptional and it was great to feel more connected to the meal preparation with the ability to talk to the chefs about each course. Would highly recommend

It was a culinary experience. We were seated right next to the kitchen where the works of art were being constructed, with the staff being considerate of the quality of the ingredients by the way they shifted through the contents and discarded pieces that weren't to their standards. Can not recommend enough!

Once again my wife and I had a lovely time at KOI. Main feedback was I imagine because we had booked the final time of the evening at 830pm certain components of our meals were aged which diminished the flavour. The wagyu and cod were quite cold and the Jew had been reheated a number of times through the evening overcooking it. The Green and following Hamachi dishes were nice, both were unique however I was a bit dissapointed with the overall taste. The cod and wagyu dishes were quite lovely but again the Jew spoiled the beef dish. All deserts were immaculately presented and were perfectly executed 10/10. My only disappointment talking to the waitress is that certain dishes Reynold is known for such as snitch and moss are likely to not be available again. I feel wish such signature dishes they should be available all the time at an extra price. Many friends who have dined here are also dissapointed they seem to never come across these two amazing dishes. Overall amazing food and service. I felt 185pp is a bit steep for cold cod and steak but the desserts live up to the name

We booked for the collaboration event with Monkey's Corner and Koi dessert bar. Arrived early and had two delicious cocktails at Monkey's Corner bar. All the staff both in the bar and restaurant were excellent, so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was superb, and exceeded our expectations - a very inventive and interesting menu. Loved watching the staff plate up all the courses with bird's eye view from the horseshoe bar counter. The staff prepared an additional special dessert at the end of the night when they found out we were celebrating a special occasion, which was very sweet. We travelled from NZ on holiday and it was a must-do on our list to visit, and it was one of the highlights.

Surpassed expectations and was a unique experience! Providing diners, the opportunity to immerse themselves in a culinary experience and watch one of Australia's talented chefs showcase his skill. The food was of exquisite quality and the levels of flavour was mind-blowing. I have recommended KOI Experiential to family, friends and colleagues. One not to be missed!!

Very disappointed as we feel the meal was a bit rush. One of our companion informed the service staff that she is garlic intolerance and was told that she just need to pass it to one of the other companion😞. The steak serene was v rare - should have ask us our preference of how we want our steak to be done. Overall disappointed as we travel all the way from singapore
