Shower up 15 minutes before our reservation, then having to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated from when our reservation started was very uncomfortable/ tacky as a lot of other people where standing for a while waiting ( not everyone wants to get a drink at the bar) which was already packed. If it wasn’t for our amazing waiter Michael the whole experience would of been very disappointing especially considering we were there from out of town for celebrate a birthday.

Loved the dinner; the drinks are exceptional, and the service is outstanding. Sasha was incredibly helpful and courteous. The restaurant itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there.

I didn’t particularly like that I came in dresscode, but was told I had to take my toboggan off. On the website they were very detail, so I thought I was good. The real problem came when I saw a few guys with fit hats on (which were prohibited) I didn’t understand but I did tell the manager that according to the website I was in dresscode. Outside of that… My fiancé & I really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, everyone was really nice.

It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for a gin martini, up to come. Drinks were spilled on our table from stairs above us. Really good food, cool place, worst service I've ever had at a restaurant.

Food was delicious! There was confusion about our reservation when we arrived - they said I had changed the reservation from 8 to 3, which I hadn’t. Luckily we only waited a few minutes for a larger table but might be worth looking into for other reservations in the future!

Waiting to be seated the service was not the best. I was asked if I was waiting on someone and I said they were parking pls seat me in the meantime . I was told to stand to the side and I will be seated. I stood to the side for 20 minutes!!! No one said anything but seated everyone else who came in so when I asked what’s happening then I was being told they couldn’t seat me alone which I should have been told at the onset or after seeing me standing there for 20 mins some form of communication would have been nice! This is my intro to the restaurant left an awful taste. The waiter did try to make up for this. The food was an 8/10 I don’t think it deserved the $350 bill for 2!

I honestly don’t know what the hype is about this please. The drinks we’re not all that. You would think a place like this would have their drinks down packed. The food was OK. It wasn’t over the top. This is a place that you would want to go to ones and say that you did and that’s it.

Took them 1.5 hours to seat us. It was maybe 90 degrees and packed in waiting area. Bought the NFT and they said it wasn’t working at the end of the dinner — thought we were doing a 10PM dinner and still waiting on our check now at 1AM. Never coming back, all hype.

This was our third time at this restaurant. We had a blast and the food came out quick fresh and hot ! The mushroom lo mein was my favorite !!!! The dessert was literally mouth watering !
