I manage a fine dining restaurant and was truly looking forward to a Friday night out, away from my job, and being able to dine with my family. I made the reservation for a party of 9 to celebrate my college graduation, which was never once acknowledged by the server. Our server was rude and seemed like she was just rushing us through service. She never even told us her name. My family all received their entrees after an hour after ordering. Again I work in the business so I get it, they were busy so we all tried to be understanding. However I received my entree about 30 minutes after the rest of my party and was told while I waited that they were finishing cooking it and it would be a few minutes. I ordered the Risotto de mare and when I tell you that it was probably one of the worst dishes I’ve ever eaten, that would be an understatement. It was late, it was bland, the seafood was bad, and to top it off, it was ice cold. For something to take that long to cook, it tasted like it came out of a microwave that didn’t even work properly. I never send food back but when I did the server seemed annoyed and just asked me what I wanted to do with it. Obviously I didn’t want it. She never apologized, never send a manager over, never offered me anything else to eat, never offered us dessert, never offered us anything to celebrate my occasion. I am just so incredibly disappointed. I was so excited to try this restaurant and heard great things about it but my experience was quite the opposite.

Found this restaurant last year and have been back many times. Always a wonderful meal and great service. Ellis, the owner, is a tremendous host and makes every guest feel special. Thankfully they take allergies, especially gluten, very seriously. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. They are taking steps to expand the size of the restaurant.

This is a perfect place to spend time with friends and loved ones. It’s small enough and big enough. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you again for making our dual birthday dinner a wonderful memory.

Excellent first dining experience and we’ll definitely be back. We were greeted at the door upon arrival. Our waiter James was very helpful and helped us make great choices. Service was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The food was both beautiful and delicious. Unique flavor combinations with fresh ingredients. Noise level was high but we were seated next to a very large party - having fun. We’re already talking about what we’ll order next time.

My family and I have been here several times over the last few years and we’ve NEVER had a bad meal here. The service is absolutely outstanding as well as the food. They truly make you feel like family here. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re truly missing out.

La Cucina has always been a place you forward to coming back to dine. Great entrees and fabulous specials in addition to the regular menu. Delicious soups and appetizers start you off right. Our server Ciera was so attentive to our table and so pleasant to ensure we had a great experience. You feel so welcome as the owner greets you by name at the door even though you may not have dined there for awhile. Staff pay attention to detail which makes this place one of our true favorites. If you haven’t been to La Cucina you are missing out on a great place. We’ll definitely return in the near future.
