Went here for my moms birthday and the staff was so rude it ruined the entire experience. Took over an hour for our food to arrive. We went the entire meal without refills on any of our drinks, even ran out of water. The waitress didn’t check on us once during our meal. The bread they were supposed to serve us was taking awhile to bake so we asked for it to go and another waitress was so irritated by us asking she packed up the bag of bread and dropped it at my moms feet and walked away. Didn’t say 2 words to us. I felt so uncomfortable I will never give this place business again.

Very nice, upscale restaurant. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful with questions on items on the menu and specials. Food was excellent but portion sizes were rather large. If you don't have a large appetite or you are not a big eater in general, you will be brining lots of left over food home with you. I was also hoping for more ambiance with the table setting. It was a table for two and the seating was comfortable. At times however the surrounding noise level made it difficult to have a conversation without having to lean it to hear what my date was saying and vice versa. As for pricing, we often go to upscale restaurants but felt the prices for items on the menu were a tad high. Not sure if it was due to supply chain issues or not. But, the food was excellent! No complaints on this!! We will definitely go back as La Fina is definitely worthy of a second chance.

The ambience and food were great, but the biggest disappointment was the service. It seemed like a regular level of busy-ness, and our apps (oysters + salad) came out quickly, but it took a lot longer than normal for our entrees. In addition, my mother's entree came out first and mine didn't come for another 10-15 minutes. It was a lot of awkward sitting there waiting for the food and our waitress had said it was on the way, but apologized and said a manager would come around to talk to us. That never happened and then when we got the bill, it would have been nice to have something taken off or least reduced in price due to the long wait, but instead there was an extra item added on which I had to ask to be removed. Overall, everything else about the place was fantastic - just the service was less than stellar. It might have been a stroke of bad luck but being told they apologized and would have management talk to us but not happen made it more disappointing along with the extra add on to the bill.

Service was awesome! We had Oscar and he did a wonderful job - helpful with menu options, was prompt but not rushed. We were there for a special occasion and made it feel special. Waygu meatball special was to die for. Cocktails - martini and Manhattan were perfect! Halibut and all the sides were fabulous. If I had one criticism, the New York strip was a little dry. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back!!!

A truly memorable birthday celebration! Outstanding attentive and knowledgable service. Incredible food from apps to dessert. Fabulous cocktails and wines. Beautiful venue. Yes, it’s expensive but worth every penny. This andover gem gives capital grille et al a serious run for the money. Truly outstanding!

This was my second time, much better experience than the first time. One disappointment was they ran out of a side dish, on an early Thursday evening? Bartender was attentive. Wanted to substitute mashed potatoes for risotto, they would not allow. Doesn’t make much sense. But overall we had a nice night!! I will go back.

Tables for two towards the back were packed quite closely together. We were seated immediately adjacent to a loud pair that had recently been seated. The next table over would have given us a bit more privacy (and was next to a quieter pair closer to finishing). Would have really liked the table by the front window. Food was good but not great. Service was very good.

Our first dinner will not be our last. Just marvelous, top notch every level. Attentive and personable wait staff, absolute terrific food and service. Monday night and the place was "cooking", a great sign. We celebrated an anniversary, it was the perfect spot. I had the veal chop, cooked to perfection. Just a great night, one to remember. Bravo

The food and the service was very good. However, we were seated next to a table of si-x younger women who enjoyed using their outside voices inside. With each bottle of wine the voices got higher pitched and disturbing. The entire dining room was well aware of their obnoxious shrieks. They belonged in a sports bar. LaFina should re-evluate their policy of guests that do not know how to socialize.

La Fina has been our local go-to restaurant for special occasions. We've been here probably 6 times and the food and the service has been top-notch every visit. Last night I had the prime rib (best I've ever had), my wife had the scallops, and our friends had salmon and filet mignon. All of us loved our dishes. Kudos to our waitress who not only was very attentive without being pushy, but her wine pairing recommendations were outstanding. Summarizing, I can't imagine a better restaurant to go to for special occasions. The dining experience is definitely "you get what you pay for".

Always an amazing experience at La Fina. One of our favorite spots north of the city. Food is delicious, wait staff is phenomenal, ambience is high end. Our go to date night! Since moving out of the city 6 years ago, La Fina brings the upscale city dining experience to the suburbs!
