In 2007, Chef Jamie Mammano took his experience and talents to the suburbs of Boston with the opening of L’Andana. Inspired by its namesake trattoria nestled in the olive groves of the foothills of Tuscany, Chef Jamie Mammano offers the simplicity and freshness that defines Wood-Grilled Tuscan cuisine.

Dined same restaurant 5 days prior - food delivery, service complained air conditioning too cold - should have been immediately moved to another table. Manager was pleasant. It did not solve our problem; waitress quite pleasant.
Great food and service and atmosphere was great. A little on the expensive side but the food and service was pretty much worth it.
We really enjoyed the food. Most of our choices were outstanding. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We had 3 courses that took 4 hours to finish. Our waitress was unpleasant and she wouldn’t check on the table for 20 mins and the restaurant was not that busy either. We waited over an hour for our first course. 2 of our friends had to leave before dessert because they live an hour away and asked for their bill separately...our waitress did not handle this easy. Sometimes you give staff a pass if you see they had a long day or they’re overwhelmed. We payed around $700 so it’s absolutely unacceptable at a restaurant this caliber.
Having eaten here once before I knew what me and my work team were in for when we made a reservation. This place is hands down one of the premier places to eat outside Boston. It should be great since it is part of the Columbia group of restaurants which includes Moo and Mistral and Sorellina among many others. The place does sit a little off the beaten path in Burlington but it battles against the tons of other restaurants they keep opening in this area and wins every time.
The menu here is mostly steak but sprinkles in a bit of seafood and Italian dishes and chicken. Everything you order, every bite is spectacular here and the staff waits on you hand and foot. The decor, the bar area and everything about this place screams elegance and this place really backs it up. It blows away neighboring Capital Grille and is comparable to across the way Bancroft. The price tag is hefty, but worth every penny for the quality and finesse of this food. Everything is cooked to perfection and start to finish one of the better meals you will get north of the city.
Everything was wonderful. Service, appetizers, drinks, main dishes, desserts, ambiance. I was also pleased that we were not rushed and were able to have a long, enjoyable dinner.
L'Andana is trying very hard to be fancy and serious. It was so dark and cold! Very modern stylish that was not welcoming. We ate at the bar. The best part of our experience was the lady bartender who was outstanding. She didn't stop moving all night and provided excellent service. The food was expensive. The ribeye I had was good but not great. Not as good as the ribeye at Burtons Grill.
Excellent service and even better food. Went for Father’s Day dinner with a group of 5 and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
All was fine except for fussy children nearby. There should be a section for young families. I was surprised and disappointed that many diners dress down to the point where it disrespects the restaurant.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Landana’s. We were seated a few minutes before our reservation, the server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The calamari appetizer was terrific and my salmon was among the best meals I’ve ever had and my wife said the same for the swordfish. All in all a fantastic night.
A restaurant that's half way between our home & friends home so geographically a winner. However, L'andana goes beyond way beyond geographical convenience. The menu is one wonderful entree after another making choice difficult but never regretful. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, available but not overbearing. And 'gluten free' didn't freak out anyone! Definitely upscale restaurant but in this case you get what you pay for.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Service was excellent. Food, as always, was delicious.
L’Andana continues to be a great restaurant for meal or date, everything on the menu is great and then they add specials that are just to die for. You can’t beat the service there which is just incredible!!!
Always a fabulous meal with fabulous service.
All was great
Fantastic food and wonderful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
Highly recommend any restaurant in this restaurant group!
This was a special birthday and we chose a restaurant that we have enjoyed in the past. We had a reservation and it was honored within 5 minutes of the time. I had mentioned that my husband has a hearing problem and the table was against a wall to help with the energetic conversations in the room. I really appreciated that gesture. Our waiter, James, was superb and very attentive. Since our last visit there was some revamping to the dining area. i.e., tables were rearranged and in my opinion, they are much closer. I easily heard the conversation at the table next to me. The lights in the room were different and very dim. Romantic, maybe; hard to read the menu, definitely. The meal was very nice, but not extraordinaire. We had a salmon dish, a veal dish and two steaks. The presentations were very pretty. All meals were enjoyed. The beet salad was a pretty presentation and delicious. The salmon was well prepared and tasty as was the veal. My rib eye was good.. Mu husband's order was mixed up in the kitchen. Our waiter, James was very apologetic and told my husband to eat the first filet while the filet on bone was being cooked. Both steaks were fine, but the not as tasty as he expected. The plates were very pretty with potato and vegetable. I was a little surprised that if you wanted to swap a vegetable for another there was a charge. We ended the meal with a chocolate molten cake and four spoons. Again it was good, but not the best that I have ever had. Our waiter James F., was very pleasant and tried hard to make sure that all went smoothly around the steak issue. It was a pleasant evening.
a return visit after a long hiatus. the tables are rearrange and it is much louder now and difficult to hear your guest on other side of table. Menu hasn't changed much and food was good. wine list has gotten more expensive. Service was not as good as it had been in past but I think that depends on who you get as your server. The valet out side does a great job handling a busy parking lot.
14oz Rib Eye was mediocre at best for the price. Liked the restaurant overall, but steak is not their thing!
Fabulous experience from front to back. Great bartender service. Our waiter was fabulous. Food was delicious and presented beautifully. Definitely will be heading back.
At this price point, you want awesome. But L’Andana is merely good, and we experienced a couple of trouble spots.
While the service was timely, friendly, and courteous, our waiter was a non-native English speaker, and we had a very difficult time understanding him. I still don’t know what special he was offering us, despite asking him to repeat.
And while the chairs and benches were very comfortable, our table had a large round base that was a few inches high, so I had no comfortable place to put my feet — felt a little like being in coach on a plane with a bag under the seat in front of me.
Most of the food was very good, but I didn’t love my veal chop. The polenta side dish that came with it was great, though, and the Hamachi appetizer was fantastic, as were the beets. We loved the coconut fried dough and warm chocolate cake (Cioccolato), but didn’t care for the crema (chocolate mousse).
I was hoping that you could really get city dining in the suburbs, but it turns out that it’s just not quite there.
We made reservations for a 50th Birthday Celebration. The staff and food were all excellent! The tab for 10 people was very reasonable and far less than most of the downtown Boston restaurants of the same caliber.
The espresso martinis here are a must try! The Tuscan Steak and the house vin cotto are impossible to duplicate anywhere else. Highly recommend L’Andana for special occasions or just a good meal.
Camillo is a fabulous bartender and provides attentive, excellent service!
Our waiter was absolutely amazing. If you're looking for wonderful food, wine and ambience for a special occasion this is the place!
Service was fair. For the price we paid I would have expected a more attentive wait staff
It was our first time and we sat in the dining room. We pulled in and were greeted with warmth and genuine welcome. And absolutely everything was beyond our expectations. Will be going back again. Highly recommend that everyone should try it. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! It was pricey but worth every savory morsel cooked to perfection.
From the minute I saw the restaurant building, I felt my wife and I were in for a unique dining experience. Given that it was my wife’s birthday too, I was hoping for the best and that it was. She’s knows her food and how to prepare it all. I truly say she was overwhelmed by everything and that’s saying something. The waitress was excellent:very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our dinners from the appetizers to the deserts were delicious and presented so well. Compliments to chef and staff for a memorable dining experience that I have told to so many. A repeat performance is at the top of our dinner list. A 5 Star evening for sure!!!
Not my first time going here. The food is amazing, staff is on point, and great place for date night
Wonderful wait staff. Explained the wine and food choices
Went her with my girlfriend for her birthday. The food was better than expected. We ordered the beet salad, filet and lobster gnocchi. The presentation on the beets were great. Filet was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious, though I felt the balsamic and garlic topping was underwhelming. The lobster gnocchi feature way more lobster than I would have expected. The ambience is definitely more suburban than what you would find in Boston, but parking was easily available. Decor is French country.
Service and food as well as expected. Suggestion were excellent.
Fantastic place. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive.
I've eaten there a number of times and never had a bad meal or experience. The service is impeccable.
I’ve requested flowers for my anniversary but they failed providing it and blaming OpenTable for not communicating with them.
Also, they apparently ran out of sword fish, this is unacceptable, for this type of restaurant they should have everything available since their dinner many isn’t that large...
Overall, they didn’t meet my expectations....
Outstanding. Reservation on time..not rushed. Waitstaff impeccable and attentive. Food scrumptious. Even the valet was great. I give everything a 10...
Despite having a reservation, was placed in the bar area, on a too-small hightop table, next to a large party having a reception and crowded us. Manager didn’t care when we complained.
Incredible Service! We went out to celebrate 3 separate family occasions which L'Andana recognized all 3 individually. My wife's Birthday, Mother's Day, and in-laws 40th wedding anniversary. Food was fantastic and the above and beyond efforts truly made for a memorable experience.
Amazing as always. L’Andana has been our “go to” spot for special nights. It did not disappoint!
Food was excellent as was the service. Experience was even better since we were being treated as it is not a cheap meal.
Great atmosphere and friendly service. The drinks and appetizers started out great but the service was extremely slow and we sat forever with empty drinks. The steaks were very good but the side was not and my husband's salmon was very fishy. We wanted to try dessert but were afraid we would be sitting another hour and had waited long enough. I had read previous reviews regarding the service being poor but thought we would give it a try, wouldn't go back, overall it was just not worth the price.
