It was a great experience. It is a very relaxed setting, a place where you can make new friends while enjoying your own company. Although they did not have food available, they were accommodating and allowed us to have food ordered in. Will visit again in the future.
An enjoyable small vineyard
Nice to sit outside, very quiet
We enjoyed a good Cabernet
No food, just snacks but you can bring your own
Brought our own food, since food is not sold there aside from some small snacks.
Just a delightful, really tucked-away winery. Bring your own food and sample their delicious wines, or buy a glass or bottle. We liked the rose.
So happy we found this gem! The atmosphere is incredible. The staff were friendly and engaging, we can't wait to spend another afternoon here!
Great hidden gem. There is no food other than chips, but you can bring charcuterie board etc. Lovely place you feel like you are in the country somewhere.
Always lovely time, everyone there is so helpful and makes for a great day.
Wonderful staff and wine! A small family owned place- a true hidden gem!
Hidden gem - very relaxing and a great way to spend an afternoon!
Very Small local vineyard
Train runs right next to vineyard
Get there early to pick your spot
No walking through the vineyard
No food bring your own
Good vibes! No food is served but you can bring your own to enjoy with a bottle of wine
Have been wanting to try this place forever! Tucked back on a Roosevelt estate in Sayville, the vineyard is small, secluded but so charming. We had reservations, there was plenty of room between tables (only outdoors) and they allow outside food! Very friendly service and good wine. A bottle of Rosé came home with us. We will be back!
It was a aery nice visit. So happy it was close to home.
The vineyard was very nice and relaxing. Music played was enjoyable. Purchased a wine tasting. They were out of one out of 5 wines. So I opted to get a 2nd of Merlot as that is my favorite one. However, Not one wine was drinkable to me. So probably won't return there but it was a very nice experiece.
Hidden in the Woods behind Historic Roosevelt Meadowcroft Estate. Very rustic and unspoiled. Outdoors. Picnic tables, plastic chairs, firepits. Bring your own picnic! 😀 Bring wine glasses if you don't like plastic. Wine is Good! Served from rustic shack by Loughlin Family. A true hidden gem! Note - Bathroom 🚻 is portapotty. Reminds me of Camping. 😀
We love Loughlin, a charming vineyard off the beaten path. The service is always top notch.
