1st time and it was spontaneous. Found the reservation on OpenTable. Valeted our car. Had our table ready instantly. Food was seasoned well and very good portion. My wife and I had a great time. It’s a little loud but not bad. Very cute and romantic feel on Lovers Lane.

Delicious date night dinner! We had the crab cakes, tacos and blackened red fish. Our server was really informative and attentive. The restaurant has a fun vibe with lots of activity. Biggest area for opportunity is the patio seating - we were by the server station which felt like a walkway. The overhead coverage in the area we sat was minimal, which meant my husband was staring into the setting sun during our dinner. Overall, would go back again but would request a different seat.

I'm not a huge seafood lover, but still loved our lunch at Lover's. Such a nicely appointed restaurant and good people watching! Food was delicious and service was attentive. Would definitely come back and enjoy a lazy afternoon on the patio with the incredible live music.

Another smashing Brunch for Mother's Day. The chef is superb, the servers are delightful, friendly and focused. I have dined here often now and ever time I visit it is fabulous and fresh, fresh, fresh!! Love the atmosphere, the people who work there, the outstanding attitudes and yes did I say the food is brilliant everytime no matter what you order.

Very tight seating, not my favorite thing to be rubbing elbows with strangers. Interesting menu but the pecan crusted trout should have been described as "pecan dusted" with LOTS of cajun hot topping. The grits were flavorful but not spicy hot. The dredging for the fish was over powering. Likewise my husband's redfish was OK. Probably won't return. We did mention our take on things to the manager and she acted appreciative of the feedback. Still we probably won't return.

I took my wife for her birthday. We were promptly seated at a very nice table on the patio. We ordered the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were very nice although I did not consider the crab to be lump crab. My standards are probably too high on this. I chose the King Salmon for my entree and was disappointed. It was a small piece of fish (gone are the days when you got a nice big filet) and was overpriced. It was lightly seasoned and pan fried. Nothing special in the preparation. My wife got a salad and added shrimp on the side for $16.00. That consisted of 5 or 6 medium size shrimp. Overall, the food is overpriced for the quantity and preparation.

This is one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. Starting out, our waiter noticed that our table was wobbly without me having to ask and he fixed it. They have someone refilling drinks constantly so you never have to worry about your drink getting low. They answer questions and explain things on the menu, like for example I ordered a half a dozen oysters and he explained to me the different types they had and the sizes of them. They were delicious. We both had one of the lunch specials - two different types of Poké bowls. Everything was phenomenal. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!

First of all, the food here is amazing. Drinks were very good as well. Not sure if they can’t find enough people to hire as is the case now but it took 10 minutes before anyone realized we were sitting there. We had to ask someone walking by if we could order a drink. Then it took another 20 minutes to get our first drink. It’s still a great restaurant but maybe they don’t need so many tables outside, or more waitstaff.

We've been here several times, even hosted a couple of dinners here. The food is always delicious! Nice atmosphere any time of the day. The staff has been accommodating and polite. This quickly became one of our favorite restaurants!

Service is always slow and takes forever to get drinks, servers attention. Food is consistent. Not extremely well seasoned. Pretty bland usually. I always ask for salt, pepper, and hot sauce or spice of some sort. Margaritas are good. When I am at love field, I go there because it is local, clean, and consistently bland, but decent….and…I know what to expect. Lol.

As usual, the food selection was great. The oysters are always the best of the best. Drinks were great. We had a great time sitting on the patio. The only hitch was the service. While usually excellent, or server seemed confused and forgetful. Had to ask several times for silverware and the trademark popcorn. He disappeared for long lengths of time, even when the restaurant cleared out. While good natured, service was far below the norm. Great time though.

This meal was Easter brunch. It could not have been better. Food and service were very good. The restaurant added live music and a free flower bouquet for each table to take home from a flower truck! Delightful!!!

We went for Easter brunch and it was a great experience. The spring burrata panzanella with ramps was delicious and they gave each table a card to redeem for a bouquet of flowers at the adorable flower cart out front!
