Sitting there for 30 minutes before anything happened, then take our drinks order. Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Then no service. Had to approach bar staff to order. Food was nice however the service was very poor. Staff only attended the table twice in 3 hours. Would have bought more drinks. We were the only patrons inside and there was a small group of maybe 8 upstairs. Won't be back again. Very inattentive staff.

The cocktails were beautiful and absolutely delicious. The food was also excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They were also happy to split the bill for us, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to come back again!

It looks nothing like it is advertised, meals were very tasty and the drinks were good. I did book an experience that was on offer that night but we did not receive this at all. Photos and advertising make it look fancy and a bit dressy, but it is just a casual restaurant in Point Cook next to a shopping centre.

We Arrived. Staff seemed occupied making drinks for a large group- that’s ok. We were told to take a seat anywhere and staff will come to table. Waited 25 mins. Nothing. So we left. So can’t rate anything else but service. They seemed understaffed. 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely loved our night at Lovesick. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, intimate and stylish, with great music at the right volume so we could still talk. The team behind the bar were friendly, attentive and knew their drinks inside out – every cocktail was spot on. Perfect spot for a date night or catch-up with friends. Highly recommend everyone come and experience Lovesick for themselves.
