The name Maisonetta is a combination of Maison and Casita which translate to House in both French and Spanish.
Our vision is to provide a culinary experience that joins two cultures under one roof. To be honest, we did not end up eating anything, however the food looked and smelled good.
We sat down and ordered an appetizer and drinks which never came. After a half hour of waiting, we just left. We told the waitress we were leaving and she just said ok in an indifferent sort of way.
They seemed moderately busy and there appeared to be only one waitress for both indoor and outdoor dinning.
This place looks like it has potential, but they need to address what appears to be under staffing.
I may give it another try in a few months, we'll see.
I can't remember being treated this well at a restaurant in a long time. Our waitress went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fabulous experience. It didn't hurt that the food was delicious, too!
