We love their mussel pots! My hubby enjoys their sausage sampler (venison, pheasant, blood sausage) They have two other types as well. It’s quieter than our typical restaurant options and I enjoy this aspect very much. The staff is fantastic every time!

My husband and I came here on our wedding anniversary for dinner. We were greeted and offered a choice of table. Everything was very well spaced out for COVID purposes. The service was great and the food was even better! We love this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

Hands down the best quality, presentation and taste of any restaurant in Olney. Great price point for the quality - I have even been three times in a week and not broken the bank. You can go with family or on a date and in either situation end up leaving impressed.

When Montgomery County reopened at 25% inside capacity we decided to take a break at Le Manneqin Pis. Despite the pandemic situation I'm happy to say the quality has not slipped. I hope they'll be able to ride out this difficult period. See my previous reviews for more details!

Was very relaxing. Food was served in the right amount of time and very tasty.
Atmosphere was nice, serene and the server was wonderful. It was a very pleasant outing despite Covid time frame!

A little piece of Europe hidden in suburbia. Highly recommend the waterzooie, smoked salmon appetizer and chocolate desserts. Delighted my GF on her birthday. Full covid precautions and cordial service.

I enjoyed my dinner of mussels and fries. Dessert of pot au chocolat was disappointing. Also disappointing was the absence of liquor since I prefer having a cocktail to a glass of wine.

The food was delicious, but the one main we shared (the pork) was the weakest of what we ordered. If/when we go back, we will consider sticking to the first page of the menu (soups, appetizers, and sausages), though we may try a mussel bowl.

There was only one server for the entire place. Our cava wine was not chilled. The fries tasted stale almost as if they were re-fried. We sent one batch back and it was a little better, but not by much. The mussels, although, good were in such small pots that is took a while to get to the broth. The salmon plate was good and the escargot was amazing.

Brought my dad, visiting from out of town, for mussels. The broth they steamed them in was A-maxing (lobster bisque/etc...)! The fritas were an unexpected compliment to the seafood! Wow! Husband’s sausage platter was exceptional! Highly recommend the blood sausage and boar sausage! I had the sea bass- delicious! Will be returning very soon!!!

Mannequin Pis was the last restaurant we went to before Covid-19 closed everything. There were only a few people in the restaurant so I'm not sure our experience as to ambiance and service was normal. However the food could not have been much better.
We had a delicious prix fix meal. Once I tasted the salad, I knew we were in for a pleasant evening. The halibut was perfectly done. We don't usually eat dessert, but made an exception for the waffle with fruit N chocolate sauce. It was worth the calories; delicious, sweet, perfect. The wine was also a good selection. All in all a wonderful evening.

Almost identical to the one-off mom and pop restaurants you find in Belgium right down to the seating and music. Food is typical Belgian and wine and beer list large. A great night out and perfect for special occasions. A good choice for a different intimate dining experience.

We enjoyed our visit. It was Friday night and not that busy. Husband had the steak frites and it was cooked well. I had the Wild mushroom mussels. Great flavor and large portion. French fries were just OK. Ambiance was nice with good music.

This is a tiny and lovely boutique dining experience. Level and graciousness of service are ideal.. Fish, vegetarian, and mussels main courses were beautifully presented and delicious. Good Belgian beer selection. Terrific Belgian chocolate deserts, of course. We came directly after the Sunday Olney matinee. In the elegant quiet, we discussed the production enjoyably.

Such a charming place - cozy ambience. Delicious food - not the typical fare, unusual selection. We enjoyed the European music, played at a comfortable volume - very relaxing and goes so well with the decor/theme. Great selection of Belgian beers. Recommended.

The service was slow the wait staff acknowledged so the offered on complementary wine. Not much but something. The people seated next to us were obnoxious using language suitable for bar in Florida during spring break . Not the restaurant fault entirely but if it were my place ida told them to tone it down. We did say something to them too late the bad vibe was already set....I’d go again cause I know the sausage is good, but not at all on a high traffic day such as Valentine’s Day....

I love steamed mussels and was excited to try this restaurant after their website boasts that they specialize in preparing them. What a complete rip off! There’s barely any meat inside of the mussels. And they tasted no different than any other restaurant. The tables, especially for only two, are so small that things kept falling off of the table. They could barely fit out food on the table.
Skip this place and go to a real authentic seafood restaurant that specializes in quality seafood and gives you your money’s worth.
