The view was speechless i went at the perfect time which was sunset and I didn’t plan it at all I thought it would be a lovely place to take my bf to for Valentine’s Day I definitely recommend the only thing that I could say that needs improvement on is the service the staff was lovely but we waiting a bit to order our food also when we needed refills

There was a hair in the drink we told the Waiter he apologized and got us a new drink still charging us for the first one. Made a reservation for outdoor dining they didn’t have a seat available outside we had to go inside. Food was cold will never recommend this place to anybody. Not worth it

We went to Nohu to celebrate Valentine’s Day, but we went for brunch instead of dinner - great decision on our end. Brunch was pretty empty which is shocking for 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, but great for us because we were afraid of a large crowd which wouldn’t have been ideal. We requested to dine in an igloo outside when we made our reservation, but when we arrived the waitress informed us there is a $500 minimum for food and drink orders to sit in the igloos. We had no choice but to dine inside and we didn’t prefer to, but as mentioned above the restaurant was pretty light of patrons and it is a large space, so everyone was more than 6ft apart.

Our waiter Wanthy was absolutely amazing. We haven’t dined out in a very very long time, so it was great to feel welcomed by Wanthy’s friendly presence. We sat near the windows so we had a beautiful view of the city skyline. Our food was incredible, no complaints on flavor. Actually, my partner ordered the Chicken & Cornbread Waffles, and he didn’t realize how spicy the chicken would be. Wanthy was extremely accommodating and sent it back to the kitchen to be remade, and it came back out perfectly seasoned. I order the Lobster & Crab Roll and it was tasty but not exciting, and maybe a little overdressed. We also order a pitcher of Rosé Sangria, Wanthy made it and it was delicious - 10 Stars!! Overall, the food was good but not great and smaller portions.

My only note is the restaurant should ensure all guests sanitize their hands upon arrival, and check temperatures.

Reserve para disfrutar del iglú y celebrar mi aniversario de bodas. Nos tuvimos que conformar con una mesa fría y dos heaters ya que el consumo mínimo es de 500$ dato que no se ve al momento de reservar. La atención pésima y la comida fue buena pero no representaba el costo. Tenía mucha ilusion de disfrutar allí . Lo único bueno : la vista!

It wasn’t packed very spacious and the ambiance was lovely. I enjoyed the Dj and the music he played. Our table was ready upon arrival. The service was good and the food tasted great!

Everything was great, just a limited brunch menu and a tad overpriced. But food, ambiance, and service were great. Especially the service.

Food was AMAZING, I will definitely go again... BUT service was very slow. Food came out before the drinks... flavor made up for it 🤤

We had a wonderful time ! Food was delicious, drinks were charming . It was a great time.

I have been here twice and the service and food did not match the clear investment in ambience. 1) Almost everything I ordered was not available including both drinks and food on the menu. Then we were told that certain items on the lounge menu were not available until 11pm. However, this was not indicated anywhere on the menu the time constraints for these items. 2) Limited bathrooms that were not cleaned regularly. If you are going to only have two stalls for an entire restaurant, these stalls need to be cleaned around the clock. The stalls were disgusting, worse than a high school bathroom. Lastly, and the most egregious offense, I booked my reservation online. I received a phone call from a number that I did not know. I attempted to call the number back but could not reach a live person. I made my way to the restaurant (40 minutes away) with my friends and was told they could no longer serve us. I missed the call even though I was allowed to reserve a table online. This is unacceptable. Marcus Samuelsson has been int he business long enough to do better. This has to be better managed or it won't be around for long.

The food was delicious; however the "igloos" are cold, the seats are hard and service was extremely slow. More heaters are needed or the cost should be reduced. It is not worth $250 to eat in the cold and be forced to wear a coat during dinner. We had to resume dinner indoors because it was so uncomfortable in the igloo.

Understandably the menu is limited due to COVID and u fortunately there were no good vegetarian options. The fish option was salmon which was interesting but not mind blowing so it was all pretty good but not mind blowing in any way.

Great food but menu is very limited. Nothing for kids...outside globe needs more heat but the service was good also. I will be back in warmer months to really enjoy the outside

They just need to work on servicing people better. Otherwise their food is amazing.
