Excellent service!
Came here for the first time to celebrate my Wife’s Birthday. What an outstanding night thanks to our server Ronny. He took his time with us, gave us excellent wine & food recommendations and surprised us with a Happy Birthday dessert, Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.
It was my daughter’s birthday, and we had to limited our guest list to 10☹️, but overall everything was wonderful, and special thanks to Jeff, the general manager. He did a great job in trying to make my situation better, since it was a limitation on seating.

My server was a little rude towards the beginning and before we ordered he told us the kitchen was about to close so it kind of felt slightly rushed. But other than that everything was perfect! I love Mastros!!

first time eatting here & last, the food wasn’t good at all. I wouldn’t recommend this food over priced for no reason my mash was the only thing good . Lobster Mac terrible my steak wasn’t appealing. I always eat at good steakhouses this one was one of the few haven’t tried yet. I will NOT go back.
Valentine’s Day great experience like usual
Great time. I didn;t like waiting outside when I have a reservation definitely wasn't a highlight in heels. But overall it was a good night. Great ambience. Great food. Great service.

Kind of pricey but very very good, steak was top tier and everything else was delicious as well. The butter cake is amazing! Drinks were tasty! Definitely would return and the service was perfect!

The food was very good, nice atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. It was over all a good experience. They fallowed all the appropriate covid precautions. I will definitely be eating there again.
Still a great place for a date. I do miss the indoor dining and piano music in the background. Hopefully this will be back soon. Overall, great food and great service!
when we first got there, we sat in a tent which was fine due to COVID..BUT the “heater” wasn’t working properly. the waitress took forever to take our drink and food order, then when the food finally came out after an hour of waiting my food was absolute trash. The lobster mac n cheese was overly cooked, the lobster tasted like rubber, my crab cakes were dry, the steak was bland and cold. after that I wanted to end my night with a cake but the waitress said that they were closing and also she made us feel rushed..although they weren’t closing at that specific time she just wanted to get out of there which was obvious, if she would’ve came on time to take our order we would’ve had time to enjoy the rest of my birthday.
The food was disappointing for some reason. There was too much butter on the lamb and not enough sauce on the salad!
For the price of the food, they should at least have better heaters. The tents are very ugly and cold. For the cost of $580 for a party of 4, you would expect a little effort in the ambiance and comfort. Food and service was amazing as always.

The last time I visited Mastro’s I enjoyed my birthday dinner. Naturally I wanted to have my Birthday here again . I was so disappointed this time . I understand we’re in a pandemic but it’s no excuse to have outside dining when you haven’t invested in a proper Way to keep your guest warm. It was 30° outside you guys had a flimsy tent. wind easily came inside with one little heater that did nothing for us. I would never recommend coming here at this time. I couldn’t even enjoy my day and I didn’t enjoy my food either it tasted different I’m not sure what happened.

Mastro’s has been on my list to visit for quite some time now and we could not wait for things to reopen. Today we decided to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday. The food was amazing although it did take a long time. Our waiter was super amazing —named Ronny. However the heaters did the room no justice. We were freezing. There were doors that lead directly outside with signs for people not to open however people came in and out anyway. I alerted the manager of the issue and he replied that he could not do much about it. We tried to make the best of things but I have to say it wasn’t the best in terms of ambience. We visited STK about a week ago and there simular outside setting was completely up to par. And might I add they were outside, had NO doors and We were beyond warm!!!
Went for my moms birthday food was a bit pricy but well prepared and memorable I must be honest that they said heated tent and I thought I would be sad but it was freezing cold my legs went numb hopefully it this changes
Service was exceptional. Staff was very attentive and accommodating to me and my guest. The food was very tasty and the presentation was exceptional.

We sought an early reservation with outdoor dinning to celebrate a birthday, however, there were several other seating options, when another party showed up, they were placed close to our table instead of staggered which I thought was inconsiderate.
Experience was horrible. The outdoor patio dining needs to be more organized. The heaters were barely heating. Everyone was eating in their coats. They sat us by the door which opened and closed every 3 minutes. The minute the food went on the table it started to get cold. Terrible experience for such an upscale restaurant.

Always Amazing. Crave Mastro’s cocktail shrimp on a regular basis. Christian makes us feel so special. He is a huge part of our dining so often. Pretzel bread warm and scrumptious
