    Their make-your-own pizza is deceptively expensive--should've known when the prices weren't posted on the menu. I paid $19 for a 2-topping pizza when their regular ones (with 4+ toppings) are just $16. Wish they were more transparent with their pricing, especially when the ingredients are just OK and nothing spectacular.

    Had a great experience at Matchbox, One Loudoun the other night. We’ve been there before and the food is always consistently good. The service was exceptional the other day from the host to the waiter to the server. We will definitely make this restaurant one of our go to restaurants when we are craving a night out for pizza!

    We usually enjoy Matchbox, and for this visit requested a quieter table since it was a business dinner. When we were seated it was next to a section where larger and noisier groups are usually seated. We asked for (and were moved) to a quieter booth. However, when the waiter arrived to serve us he asked us if he could move to the area he was assigned to - next to the typically noisier section. No one was there and on a Tuesday night, and to help him out, we said okay. Sure enough, a party of 13 people was soon seated just across from us, in the area that we wanted to avoid. The noise level meant that our party of 3 people had to talk louder just to hear ourselves. It would have been a better experience if Matchbox had honored our initial request (via Open Table) for a quiet table for our discussion. Still like the restaurant but this was an uncomfortable situation.

    We got there at 8 PM for our reservation on a Tuesday night the waiter could care less about our table. He wasn’t interested in any refills never came back and asked if I needed another beer dropped our food off and then we didn’t see him again until our check will not come back

    Mediocre at best. Wine by the bottle prices are grossly overpriced. Frozen watermelon margarita machine was broken. Fried shrimp is off the menu. Half rack of ribs was very skimpy.

    Matchbox at One Loudoun has an energetic, party vibe. It definitely made the evening feel special and like a real date night for this married almost thirty years couple. The pizza satisfied a craving although the edges were a bit burned. The waitress was exceptional and very patient.

    The food was tasty but WAY overpriced. For two adults and 2 kids, without alcohol, our brunch total came to $70 not including tip. That’s nuts. A small bowl of fruit was $5.25…it was apple slices and strawberries. Not going back.

    Slow service. Hamburger ordered rare, came out well done. Sent back. Came back and it was well done again. Never sent back because everyone else was almost done eating. Ordered onion straws - they were barely warm. Someone’s salad was missing dressing. On a good note the pizza was delicious. It seems food and service are on decline. I expected more. They have lost me as a customer.

    Food has slowly been going down in quality. The fire and smoke pizza used to be our favorite. Also, the service we had last night was not good at all. That is what I will remember. Not wanting to go back anytime soon.

    Honestly the service was subpar the waitress while nice could barely look us in the eye. Never got water or anything beyond taking order and delivering the food. The biggest disappointment was the value. We spent almost $300 for 2 pizzas, 2 salads, 6 glasses of wine and 2 beers . Seriously $21 for a 9oz pour of wine. That is insane. The steak house next door doesn’t charge that much for way better wine. Also on a side note $16 for 6 wings???? Sadly we will not be back anytime soon. Too many other options to spend so much for pizza..

    Pizza is really the best thing here. The full rack of ribs was OK. It was mother's day and very busy, but the waiter provided poor service. Not because he was busy, because he just clearly had not been trained very well. Bar cocktails had no garnishing, even though the menu, and prior experience here with same drinks, indicated otherwise. We've enjoyed this place in the past but this latest experience took it down a notch or two.

    We have always like Matchbox but were shocked to discover they charge $21 for a single glass (9oz pour) of Oyster Bay that costs $9 per bottle at Costco. I don't think that's reasonable.

    Had a pleasant experience with them . Food is American fare . Server efficient . Setting nice with enough space for customers and servers moving around . Restrooms could be better . Price average . Will come back here. Nice outside sitting for warmer weather .

    The location and interior design is amazing. The server Natnael was really good! The kitchen needs some work for two reasons. First, our 4th entree did not come out for about 10 minutes (after I asked our waiter how much longer till we got the shrimp pasta). Second, the number of chips on the spinach & artichoke app was really weak. So, I give the atmosphere and server a 10 and the kitchen a rating of a 6. Bring up the kitchen standards and this place is a 10 for 10 in my book. Come late Spring and Summer the outdoor patio looks amazing for One Loudon!

    Host stand seated the servers entire section at once. Took almost 2 hours for our order to come, and it was an hour between when our kids meals came with our appetizers and our adult main courses. All 4 adult meals were wrong. Overall a disappointing Easter Brunch.

    The French toast was excellent and our guests loved the Cobb salad. The only downside was the pepperoni was extremely spicy when the menu didn’t say that it would be. Server was very efficient.

    Nice neighborhood restaurant. Good menu selection, great tasting pizza and nice atmosphere for restaurant and bar. Lots of TVs for sports viewing. Highly recommend.
