I’ve eaten here at McCormick & Schmick’s many times and I have to say that the service I had tonight almost felt like I was in a drive thru line at Wendy’s over by the airport. We didn’t get any refills, not even offered. Our food came out and the server never came to our table. We waiting for quite awhile to get our check and she walked off. I was ready to pay then so that we could get to our event on time with out rushing. Needless to say, we rushed. I hope next time, if I come back, service would be better. The night wasn’t busy at that time either which makes it shocking to me that a place of this caliber would even be like this. The food was great, I won’t complain there.

The food was awful.. shrimp and lobster was overcooked and under seasoned, mashed potatoes were watery and flavorless. My waitress was EXCELLENT and tried her best to assist. The chef did come out looking completely exhausted and made every excuse possible but did remake me something that was just okay. I was very disappointed and will never return.

This is becoming one of my favorite places. My 9 year old wanted to go for her birthday because she loves their scallops. She and I went on a Sunday and then came back with the whole family on Thursday because we enjoyed it so much! We even joined the Landry's Select club to get extra perks when we visit restaurants in the group. The scallops were excellent and the sea bass was amazing, both times! The Shrimp Kisses appetizer is a must; I've never had bacon-wrapped shrimp quite like that. The kids meal portions are huge, and the staff provides excellent service. Both times I was there a manager came out and spoke to everyone. I'm usually not one for chains, but I'm glad I gave McCormick & Schmick's another try. I hadn't been there in many years and I was pleasantly surprised...twice.

Food was good. But the restaurant was slammed and short staffed. Wait staff were stressed and rushed. They couldn’t help it. 6:30 reservation, finally served at 7:45. Late for our 8:00 show thinking 1 1/2 hours should be plenty of time. I’m hoping Charlotte has better restaurant options. McCormick and Schmick was not really worth the wait.

Had the Shrimp and Crab Stiffed Salmon and the Swordfish. But started with the Shrimp Kisses. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Had a new waitress who is still figuring it out, but she did great and management came by more than once to make sure all was going well. Will definitely be back!

Not a fan of the ahi tuna appetizer. I ordered the plank salmon and there was a slight fishy taste. My husband got the Nashville hot chili corn sandwich’s dyne really liked it. Our server was great. He did forget our tea but he was the only person on our side of the restaurant . For the price I will not be back.

We had an excellent dinner, and both our server Zacchia and the manager Brad made the entire experience extra special. We mentioned it was our 30th anniversary and they both could not have made it all any nicer, including giving us a quiet area to dine. They even helped our son coordinate paying the bill. We can’t say enough good things about our night there.

Absolutely loved my experience, the ambience was just right. One of the chefs brought out our appetizers, I highly recommend the shrimp kisses. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. And lastly, we were surprised with a birthday dessert towards the end. Perfect!

Red wine served was too warm. Had to ask for ice bucket to chill it a bit. Our waiter was very pleasant but forgot to bring us the salad we ordered. My wife’s salmon had a strong fishy smell and was very salty.

The service and food were outstanding! Our waiter was great and made some awesome recommendations. My wife had the stuffed flounder and he recommended added the shrimp scampi to the mashed potatoes. It was great!

If you don't want beer or wine, try the cucumber mint lemonade, very refreshing. Food is consistently good. Clam chowder and chopped salad with a protein makes a great combo meal. Service is exceptional.
