    For Thanksgiving Day 2024, Merriman's will be doing an upgraded version of our prefix menu! In addition to the offerings of our Taste of Waimea prefix menu, we will be offering seasonal dishes and of course a traditional Turkey Dinner! Just like our regular menu, we will have three terrific courses with a huge variety of local seafood, meat and produce. The price will be $115 per person, or $45 for Keiki. We hope to see you in November! Our menu will be posted on the our website in the next few weeks. Please note, credit cards are only taken online to hold reservations. Cards are not charged at the time of booking. Payment is taken at the restaurant, as normal.

    Was recommended by a friend in Seattle, we were impressed from the champagne toast upon seating to celebrate our anniversary, the ambiance, the service- but the tableside wasabi was a highlight. Well worth the drive and the price tag. We have dined at this family of restaurants on other islands and will return.

    Merriman’s is always great, especially at the Waimea location. Service is impeccable, the food, drinks and wine are fantastic. James had great recommendations for the drinks and wine.

    The food was absolutely spectacular. Every bit of the experience was phenomenal. The host and Jay were very welcoming and made us feel like family. We were served by Howard, who did an awesome job and was very informative of the menu. The flavors were exceptional. temperatures were perfect and seasoning was spot on. We were on the island for the first time and Merrimans will be the reason we come back. these chefs and staff are definitely at a higher level. Thank you for the fabulous meal and wonderful experience.

    The service was excellent, prompt and very knowledgeable. The food offers great value for the money and was incredibly fresh. The Hirabara Beet Salad with goat cheese was absolutely wonderful. The non-alcoholic Mai Tai was also delicious! Overall a fantastic dining experience!

    Lunch at Merriman’s was outstanding. Food was above and beyond good. My husband had the Smash Burger plate which he loved and priced so reasonably for so much food! I had the Birria tacos (Wednesday special) which were seriously the best pork tacos I have ever had! The pork is perfectly seasoned, juicy and spicy. The dish comes with a delicious sauce. The service was fast, the prices were same or even less than anywhere else in Waimea, but with all of that it is a beautiful restaurant with much aloha.

    Excellent food and wonderful drinks. We had a miss on two items in our order which would have been solved easily. Expensive but worth the experience
