Why we love it
At his namesake restaurant, chef-owner and farm-to-table evangelist Peter Merriman sources most of his ingredients from local farmers and producers. Expect American dishes with Hawaiian accents, like spicy Kona lobster ravioli and a poke plate with fresh wasabi grated tableside. Merriman's 2024 Thanksgiving Day

Nov 28, 2024 onlyFor Thanksgiving Day 2024, Merriman's will be doing an upgraded version of our prefix menu! In addition to the offerings of our Taste of Waimea prefix menu, we will be offering seasonal dishes and of course a traditional Turkey Dinner! Just like our regular menu, we will have three terrific courses with a huge variety of local seafood, meat and produce. The price will be $115 per person, or $45 for Keiki. We hope to see you in November! Our menu will be posted on the our website in the next few weeks. Please note, credit cards are only taken online to hold reservations. Cards are not charged at the time of booking. Payment is taken at the restaurant, as normal.
