   Food was absolutely delicious! It was our first time to dine here and had a dinner reservation around 9:15 pm and it went smoothly. I had the best Ribs ever coming from Boston. Maria our server is very attentive and polite. Restaurant ambiance is beautiful! Will definitely come back again.

   Service was slow. Sashimi platter was definitely not worth $130 chef put a deboned fish with head attached. Pieces of sashimi were slivers Rolls are 6 tiny pieces.

   Would have rated higher but a screaming kid next to us greatly affected our dining experience. What was particularly funny, we asked not to be seated by kids. Server seemed stretched at times. Peking duck for two was awesome. Also good Japanese old fashions from bar.

    The host desk needs better service. I simply asked the older lady with blonde hair if we can sit one table over from the one she was going to assign us in order for us to be comfortable (we’re a party of 2). There was a bigger crowd seated next to that table. She gave us an attitude and said she needs to check again and we went back up to the desk. She then proceeds to walk us back to the SAME table I requested but she was walking super fast way a head of us, absolutely no sense of hospitality (did not catch her name). On top of that she rudely tells me, “this table closes in 15 mins.” We had no idea what time this restaurant closes, but clearly everyone was in a rushy mood. Our server was good, but again we can tell everyone was sort of eager to leave. Overall, this rude experience with the host really threw our night off. If management reads this, they seriously need to coach the hostess on being nicer. This is not the first time we’ve been here and I can honestly say many of them have a snotty attitude.

    I love coming to this restaurant for the tasty food, great service, and fun atmosphere. It’s a very sophisticated restaurant but not so much that you feel uncomfortable or out of place. I highly recommend!!

    The food is great. Try the Peking duck or the special ribs. You can get the ribs as an appetizer and still enjoy the duck for a meal. There are several specialty non-alcoholic drinks you can try. This restaurant stands out in being unique and offering unique options.

    We keep wanting to love Morimoto, but they continue to disappoint . Food is ok, but nothing overly special—just expensive. Service continues to struggle as well. We had a brilliant server years ago, but not since then. Will continue to try every few trips, but definitely not a must do.

    Good food and decent service, however the place itself if very run down and dirty. There are thick dust cobwebs hanging directly above dining tables off the lamps shades. Pretty gross wondering if the dust will fall off and into your food!

    3 visits to this location now. On every one, the front end greeter staff is unacceptably rude, often paying more attention to themselves or a phone instead of the customer in front of them. They don’t listen and push you through. Even with special requests you are blown off. You only get a time or two to win or lose a customer and the front staff is your first experience. Service from the waitress this visit was very slow. Recommendation we’re requested but she never had input. Furthermore, the drinks continually ran empty without refills unless we stopped her and asked for more. At the end and time for billing upon asking if a military discount is honored the waitress acknowledged yes, but then said she has to take my ID to the back for the manager to confirm. This is 100% unacceptable as a military ID should NOT leave the members control. The staff interaction/experience brought the entire food experience down to the point we don’t plan to return. Bottom line, for the amount you pay, you expect the staff interaction and experience to match and now for the third time it has failed to meet expectations

    We frequent Morimoto’s quite often. I was a bit disappointed this time with the service of our waiter. Nit the most attentive. Ordered the dinner special and then was informed a bit later they no longer had it available. Reordered another dish which took about 30-40 minutes after our appetizers. The menus selections have gotten much smaller as well. Wasn’t our best experience there but still enjoy the place

    Snapper daily special was great but chicken daily special was subpar. Food was pricey but expected at a Disney location. Kids menu was very expensive ($17 fixed price for all kids’ menu options) but comes with A LOT of food. Overall good atmosphere and fun for a one-night experience.

    Easily the most rushed meal experience we’ve had in many years. Our dinner entree was at the table within 5 minutes of ordering… well before drinks, kids meals, etc… Sat for a birthday dinner.. 2 adults and 2 kids. The adult entrees came out before appetizers, drinks and kids meals. It should be a service requirement that kids meals are served first or at least same time as the adults. You should never have 2 young kids sitting and looking at adult meals (sushi so couldn’t share with them). The restaurant isn’t the most attractive. They sat us upstairs at a well worn table. My drink coaster was glued to the table due to the table being poorly cleaned. The drinks were ok when they finally came out. Sadly the service was so poor that I simply can’t recommend coming here. Our waiter greeted us and then disappeared long enough that the water filler guy came and explained the menu. The extremely poor timing in food delivery was the worst I’ve ever seen. We left here disappointed and annoyed that we chose Morimotos over one of the many places in Disney springs that would’ve probably provided a better experience.

    Warning: open table app brings you to the wrong address. .. regarding restaurant, our entrees came out way before appetizers/small plates. Otherwise, food was amazing.
