Love Morton's and our waiter Alex was top notch--professional and attentive. He made the dining experience even more wonderful. As always, the filet mignon was fork tender and delicious and the bernaise was perfect.

Disappointed with this dinner out. I expect exceptional quality when I dine at Mortons and this was just ok. French onion soup was very garlicky and gave me an upset stomach that evening and next day. Au gratin potatoes were recommended and I did not think they were anything special. Filet Mignon was just ok. Not very tasteful at all.

I went on a Thursday evening. The servers were slow, and inattentive. The seating is very open, and makes for a loud environment. The filet mignon I ordered was overcooked (ordered medium rare, received medium well). I have been to Mortons in the past with a much nicer experience. I wouldn't visit this location again.

Hostess was friendly and welcoming. We were seated without delay.
Our waiter did not seem happy that we chose to order from the restaurant week menu. We asked
repeatedly to see that menu.
Service was slow at times. Steaks were not cooked to order, but we were hungry so we ate what we were served. A table of very loud men nearby was annoying.
Dining experience was not as enjoyable as it had been in the past.

My party of 3 enjoyed our lunch and service was impeccable. My only complaint is that the very expensive steak my Mother ordered was undercooked. This was unfortunate because we spent alot of money for lunch and for her to not be satisfied with top of the line steak was very disappointing.

My husband and I decided to visit Morton's in Reston to celebrate our anniversary. It was Restaurant Week, which swayed our decision to go there. We told our server that it was our anniversary. Within minutes, someone was visiting our table and took our photo. She soon came back with a card with our photo in it--a great memento!

Our server is clearly a professional waiter. He knew the menu well and guided us toward great choices. Our steaks were perfect--done just to the right temperature. Everything else was tasty as well. We always request this waiter when we visit Morton's.

The manager on duty came by twice to wish us happy anniversary and to later check to see if our food was to our liking. I would say that Morton's was on top of their game that night!

Worst dining experience we have had in 20 years- NO service- cold steak- raw fish- after 2 hours we ended up taking the dessert home- the chocolate mousse and key lime pie we’re curdled!
If we would have seen a manager we would have complained about the inedible wilted salads (we left them and told the waiter) and wait if 1 hour on a work night for them to come out..as well as the undercooked salmon we left on the plate and the cold steak, but nobody came to the table until 3/4 hour later after dropping off the food.
Unacceptable!!!! We eat at the Palm at least once a month and decided to try Morton’s for a change- Big Mistake

Terrible experience. Service was near non-existent, appetizers came out cold, table never cleared until we asked a manager what was going on, bottle of wine we ordered took 35 mins to be brought to the table, waiter was awkward and inattentive. Not worth it for a $600 meal for two and this was not the first time we've had a disappointing experience here. After this one we are never coming back.

Morton's of Reston has always been great, especially our server, Vila. Never have we gone to a restaurant where we dine without having to order and it is known exactly what we wish to have for the evening. This level of service and a sense of being in an environment where you truly feel that EVERYONE really do care about you is quite rare in the restaurant business, especially from big chain restaurant such as Morton's. We are very impressed with the level of service and genuine feeling received at Morton's of Reston. Thank you again.

Morton’s in Reston never disappoints! I loved being greeted by the General Manager when I arrived, she showed us to a great table with Eddie as our server. Eddie is professional and polished! He is also very fun and entertaining. The seasonal selections were amazing! I can’t recommend the ribeye cap steak enough and the 40th anniversary dessert was outstanding. Great experience, great food and amazing staff!

Steak (filet) you could cut with a fork, delicious and ample sides, terrific desserts (soufflés, key lime pie), top notch wine list — what more would you need? Well, our server Arusha was over the top in pleasantness and efficiency, and the personalized menu and photo made our daughter’s birthday very special. Top recommendation!

Very disappointing. Restaurant was empty, but they wanted to seat us at the booth closest to the kitchen. We asked to be moved. My husband sent his $64 steak back..... way too much fat through it. Very hard to cut. The replacement was not much better. Scalloped/cheesy potatoes used to be thinly cut, now served chunky and not cooked through. Worst $300 dinner ever.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dining at Morton’s this week. I went for a business dinner to impress a doctor as I am their account manager for a machine. We sat on the patio and our server Gabrielle didn’t come over to us for 15 minutes. When he did come we asked to see the sommelier for their opinion on a wine. He didn’t come for 10 minutes and when he did he had no idea of the blend wine selections and had to read the menu to see the description of what the blends said. We decided on a $150 bottle of wine. We ordered our meals and were pleased with our appetizer of tuna tower. Next our meal came and they delivered my 8oz Filet that I ordered as medium completely well done and grey. The waiter did not have me check my steak so I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come out to get his attention about my meal. At this point he agreed it was extremely over cooked and he would rush another one. 15 minutes later he came out with a new steak (at this point the other person was completely done with their meal). I cut into the new steak and again it was over cooked and grey on the sides so he told me to cut the middle. I did and it was rare. He said sorry and said he would get a manager to come over. Now I had been eating fries for my dinner while waiting. The manager came 10 minutes later with the same cut steak I had just sent back and he said they cooked it more. Now it was over cooked. I was extremely disappointed and the manager said he would take take care of the bill. I was still hungry not offering me another option or meal. We were appalled!! Our server Gabrielle never came back over. We had to pour our wine, never asked for desserts, never gave us our check. He had to flag someone down to get our check. On the bill the manager took off the steak (since I never got to eat it) but left everything else on the bill which I wasn’t looking for a handout but what a terrible experience and he knew I was upset. I paid and left hungry, will never go back!

Morton was my favorite of the high end chain steakhouses.
The service and manager were excelkent, but my steak, prepared perfectly, was a little grisly. This was unexpected at the price point.

Morton's is never a disappointment; especially the Reston Morton's! My wife and my plans for a dinner over our anniversary weekend were changed due to me having to leave town unexpectedly. I reserved, on short-notice, a table at the Reston Morton's and informed the staff as we arrived this was a special occasion. They responded superbly and made us feel as though they had planned it for weeks! The meal, service, ambience, etc., was exceptional. Thanks Morton's!
