   The restaurant itself is quite amazing, having booked that far in advance I would normally have expected better seating(also having noted that it was my birthday and the hosts did comment to me at the door that it was my birthday). It seems like perhaps there are more exclusive areas on the boat “Moshulu” which seems to hold several establishments, I’m not even close to being from the area so I have my information from Instagram and honestly I didn’t research the clearly vast inner workings of all the ways to experience this establishment. It was amazing to walk upon it and look but once seated we were on a slanted table right next to the outdoor bar, I did request outside seating when they asked (hoping for a view, and it was very much the opposite). Clearly that was a mistake and should have asked many more questions leading up to the meal.

   The elegant, special setting , beautiful interior with original decorations, make for a great ambiance and dining experience. Service was prompt and attentive, food was very good. The swordfish dish was amazing! We enjoyed our dinner and would be back to try the outside seating too.

   Moshulu was beyond incredible! My mother was visiting so on her last night in, we decided to go somewhere special and Moshulu was it! The wine was amazing, the food was the best I've ever had in Philly.

   What a wonderful dinner!!! Haven’t been in years but was pleasantly surprised at some of the updates to the restaurant. Also, food was amazing and service was impeccable. Will come again and again!

   Hostess would not seat our party because 1 of our 4 guests was not there. Waited 20 minutes after our 4th guest arrived to be seated of which I had to request for us to be seated because no one came to seat us even after all guests were there. It felt very disorganized. Food was good but 2 dishes came out with american rather than the cheese noted on the menu.

    Had a good time at Moshulu during their Calypso Sunday event. Quite hot on the main deck, and the restaurant could use more umbrellas. Food was good. Our server continuously forgot requests - like a refill or another drink - during our meal; wasn't clear if he was new or simply overwhelmed. Also we asked for a shaded table, but it wasn't until a shaded table went empty for 35+ minutes that we were moved to the shaded table. Folks in out party had sun sensitivities due to autoimmune issues - it's just something to plan for and keep advocating for at this restaurant.

    The food was good. We had 7 p.m. reservations. We were not seated until closer to 7:30 p.m. When we were seated we were seated in the corner were it was pretty hot. The waitress was just ok. I only had my sprite filled once the whole time i was there. The rice was to spicy for me and i told the waitress i couldnt eat spicy food. She said it wasnt that spicy, it was. Overall not a bad experience but not the best.

    Service was great; dinner was good. Dessert and drinks were excellent. The only downside was everything was very slow. They were enormously busy and all the staff were working really hard. But it took about 3 hours to get in and get out for dinner. By the time we got the bill we were so ready to leave.

    We love the Moshulu. Such a great setting. Even though it was 90 degrees and we were eating outside in the deck it was very comfortable with giant fans and nice cool breeze from river.

    Amazing dining experience. Went for my graduation dinner and was still able to be seated after arriving a half hour late, much to my relief. Gorgeous space, incredible service, everyone in my family had a great time! Will definitely bring out of towners here again!

    Loud music, plastic wine glasses, so-so overpriced food—they have ruined this fine old Philadelphia restaurant where everything was once exquisite. I will never go back, even though the setting is fabulous. Plastic chairs? Really?

    The steak I had was absolutely the most tasty steak I have ever had. They sat us early which was great because my wife and I were early. Little pricey for an 8oz steak. $55 bucks a plate. That would be my only complaint. I could have had a bigger steak at another restaurant I know and drink and a desert which we didn’t order for significantly cheaper.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Went to celebrate our birthdays. Service was awful. We waited 20 min to even be acknowledged at our table and get water. Then waited 45 min for our server to come back to ask if we wanted another drink or refill our empty water. When the food finally came out my chicken was undercooked . Manager offered a free dessert after I ate undercooked poultry. Total disaster and we weren’t the only ones sharing their awful experiences that night. Will never come back and would completely avoid altogether.

    It's a beautifully designed dining experience on a historic ship in the Delaware. The menu has something for everyone and the food was very good, not amazing, but very good. The server was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend, especially for the ambiance.

    A great venue for a special occasion. The food was tasty, but on the pricey side - $127 for breakfast for 4 is a lot more than we usually would pay, but you are paying for the view I guess. Omelettes were delicious and potatoes are amazing. Coffee was no better than a diner and needed to be warmer. I would go again when we have guests in town - purely for the experience.

    We had a very nice evening- started off though with a snippy hostess taking us to our table - We had asked to sit at a window overlooking the river and she was taking us to a table overlooking the parking lot and when we told her we did not want to sit there, she snapped back at us and said we can wait but she could not tell us when a table would be available and we told her we would wait. It was just her attitude that was not pleasing. Waitress was good and our food was good although crab cakes were not presented like they used to. We had a better experience last October when we were there and the food was better then.

    It was a huge disappointment. We were supposed to sit outside but it was raining. I'm not sure why they bother having a cover if they don't let you sit outside anyway. When I expressed disappointment about being crammed inside with way too many people and intense loudness that made conversation difficult, our waiter told me that we can't sit on the deck because the rain would still come through. He was nice and working very hard, but he had an overwhelming amount of tables so service was poor. The cocktails were bad and everyone complained that there was hardly any liquor in them. The food was very good but overpriced. I would not have minded the price if we had the cool view of the city and the atmosphere of a boat. You could have put us in an overcrowded, loud basement of any building and it would have been a similar experience and much cheaper. When we were leaving, I saw other people sitting on the deck. We should have been given that same opportunity.

    Service was very slow. On top of being slow, the food came out cold and not cooked properly. Three of the four people at the table got their dinner and one was left out because it seems they “forgot” to put their order in. Overall, terrible experience.
