Lunch service was extremely slow. Took about an hour to get our food. Waitress never came over to check on us or apologize for the long wait. Otherwise the food was very good.

We heard a lot about Napa, but had never dined there so Restaurant Week presented an excellent opportunity to try them out. Our server last night was a gentleman named Olaf, and he was absolutely marvelous. We experienced two separate hiccups during our visit but they didn’t matter because Olaf pivot to correct each situation expeditiously. Kudos for Olaf. The cocktails were well made but it’s their California wines that are the stars. The food was absolutely delicious however, the desserts (although good) failed to meet the level of the food or wines. Overall, the experience was welcoming; so much so that Napa is now on our list of establishments to bring friends and family visiting Charlotte.

The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming; we were seated in the back room away from noise and kitchen activities (there is an option); the wait staff was very efficient. The menu contained a nice variety of selections; I would recommend having a vegetarian/vegan option for main entree (we were there for Restaurant Week). Our food was tasty, however not hot, more lukewarm as if it were sitting. A great place to come to with friends or a lively date night.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. We went for Queen’s Feast and our favorite menu items were: for apps the mozzarella-stuffed meatballs (melt in your mouth) and the burrata; for main course the salmon was phenomenal; for dessert the sweet potato cheesecake and the gluten free chocolate torte were both perfection.

We arrived a little early and our table was ready. It was pretty busy due to restaurant week but our waiter was prompt and kept things moving. The food was outstanding. Someone had the pork chops someone had the salmon and two had the ravioli, my new fave. Overall it was a great girls night.

Hit and miss. Wife and I had different wine lists. Pork chop had butchers twin that I had to remove. Duck and pork chop were over done. Apps, sides and desert were excellent. Food seasoned well. Good waitress. I would go back, but I am not rushing back.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our table although we had a reservation. The food was cold and clearly had been made a head of time. The staff was very friendly however. I would not go back there nor recommend it based on our experience. It may be better for another meal other than brunch.

Our server James was fantastic. He normally works at the Fort Mill location but I'm glad he was there the night we went, above and beyond. Really appreciate the care he took with us for our first date night in a long time. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommended, but go to the Fort Mill location and ask for James, you won't be disappointed!!

We dined with friends on the heated patio. It was very quiet and comfortable. We ordered from the Queen’s Feast menu. Everyone got the mussels for appetizers and LOVED them. The rest of the food was delicious as well. Highly recommend Napa on Providence.

We had a wonderful dinner here! The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend the duck gnocchi appetizer. The swordfish dinner was fantastic. Great service, and the manager Kim was awesome as well. Would highly recommend. And don’t skip the Oreo dessert!

Very busy Saturday night, table was not ready for 8pm reservation until 8:30pm. Sat in bar area until table opened up. The small ante-room where the table was located was louder than the bar area; returned to bar-area high top. Fantastic food as always. Knowledgable, friendly, attentive bartender (Eric) significantly improved the experience. Thanks! Will be back.

Filet was done just right, but food came out just a bit cooler than we would have liked. Waiter didn't push the apps but made suggestions, much appreciated. Drinks were a little weak. My wife's salmon was very good, sides were very good. Service was very good. The renovations are great, very nice looking, though unsure why the floor is concrete.

Went here for New Year’s Eve. They had a price fix menu of $90pp. Food portions were very small. The entree’s came out on small dishes not suitable for a dinner sized meal which honestly made you feel like you were getting ripped off. They didn’t even give you a full sized dessert. The quality of the food was also mediocre. Very disappointing for a holiday meal that ended up costing almost $300 with drinks and tip. We won’t go back.
