   My chicken was dry and tasted like it had been cooked 3 days ago. My husband’s burger was cold and very mediocre. I guess the salmon was good but the pasta was awful.

   Went for Restaurant Week. He had the lobster corn dogs appetizer and I had the tuna poke and both were very tasty. We both had the short ribs and they were amazing. Deep in flavor and beautifully plated. The marscapone cheesecake was a deconstructed version, rich, decadent yet light. I am definitely going back!

   My friend and I had a meal at Narrative during restaurant week and enjoyed it very much. The lobster corn dogs would be recommended for sure and the beef short ribs. The desserts were good as well, liked the tiramisu.

   My entree was cold- short ribs cold eh. I apparently wasn't the only one, I saw multiple plates going back. My boyfriends food was amazing! It was a nice visit for restaurant week.

   Tim took great care of us. I had the breakfast tacos which tasted more of a scramble in a tortilla than I was hoping for - it was very heavy. The crispy potatoes were EXCELLENT though - I ate every last morsel of them. I saw the chicken salad on toast getting delivered to other tables and it looked great. I think I'll get that next time.

   Parking is limited. Restaurant is nice in appearance. Host & Manager were not very polite or accommodating. Asked to be reseated due to a cold window but the host seemed uncaring. A single person is not appreciated here apparently! Asked manager about their menu and got minimal feedback. New Chef and 5280 appear to complicate the answer about what kind of food they offer. Also, didn't care that the 5280 Rest week is a marketing effort to draw people in going forward!! Server (Alan) was excellent!! Great recommendations and took care of the experience. Mary was also extremely on top of things!! She made sure the water and tea were refilled as best she could. They only offered the Rest wk menu; I had the lobster corn dogs, 48 hr short rib and cheesecake. Dogs fell apart and had a minutia of lobster. Ribs were not fall apart tender, but were tasty. Cheesecake was okay; needed more curd or blueberry to add flavor beyond a couple bites. Hope the new chef improves this place going forward. New mgmt and an adjustment to the host attitude would be a big plus. Kudos to Alan & Mary for making this place worth coming to!

    It was a very “okay” experience. Was forced to choose from the Denver Restaurant Week menu. Was not informed of this before dining. In fact it had the option to select it or not, and I chose the “standard” experience. Didn’t really have many options but to eat there as it was my birthday dinner…and a Monday night. Food was fine. Probably wouldn’t go back nor recommend for anything other than regular dining.

    Never listen when a server tells you the farmed salmon tastes’just like wild’ utterly disgusting. Couldn’t even swallow the first bite. Should have listened to my gut and had the burger.

    We have been several times and always have a good experience. We went this week for restaurant week. The food and options were good, better than many other places. Service was uneven with some errors on order that were fixed. Most surprising, there was 20% service fee on a table for 2 that was undisclosed (and taxed). The table next to us was sad when they discovered they were double charged for food and inadvertently were double tipping. Overall I like this place and recommend. Small decisions like this erode customer relationships.

    Our waiter was phenomenal. Knew every question about the food and wine menus and was very pleasant. Food was great, I eat here frequently, and the menu is always updating and the food is so clean/pure tasting it’s wonderful. If the description says you will taste a certain flavor, it’s in there. It’s always just delicious.

    Took 45 minutes to get our entree and guests who arrived after us got their food before us. Ended up having to leave since we had a show to catch at 8pm so we ended up not eating at all. 0/5 stars

    Always a solid choice to entertain out-of -town guests or meet friends. It’s one of my regular spots. And the sea salt chocolate chip cookies and sweet action ice cream are the absolute best!!! Bring back the carrot humus please!! Been eating here for years. Love salmon, salads + brunch!!!

    It's too loud..my second experience here and my main takeaway is the noise level makes it unpleasant to hold a regular conversation. You have to shout across the table. The food is well prepared but very expensive. My wife had scallops. 3 small scallops without any substantial accompaniment for $37. There are better, more enjoyable dining options in Denver

    I’d like to give a more thorough review, but unfortunately we only were able to eat the appetizer from our meal due to insanely slow service. We were seated at 5:50, orders were placed by 6:05 and then we waited and waited. When we asked about the arrival of the appetizer, it appeared at 6:50. The server was apologetic and offered to comp a free dessert. I explained that there is no way we would have time since we needed to leave by 7:15. We then asked about timing of the entree, two entrees that we did not order showed up at 7:05. The manager explained that they “f-ed up”. We left, still hungry to our event. The appetizer, mushroom toast, was good. Flavors could have been a bit stronger. I was hopeful for this restaurant, but unfortunately they won’t be getting a second shot.

    My first time there and the service was amazing! The server was helpful with suggestions and made the experience welcoming. The atmosphere and food was out of this world! Definitely recommending to my friends and bringing those coming from out of town for a visit.

    Wonderful waiter and excellent service. However, food was absolutely over salted- I mean everything. Entrees were edible, but nothing special, and for four of us, the total was $390. Way over priced for quality (we only had two glasses of wine total, and no dessert, so not the main price of our bill.) Far better restaurants, especially for that price. Disappointed.
