I was really quite annoyed - you get two hours to eat all you want - we arrive for a 4pm session, they took 15 mins to seat us and 15 minutes for a waiter to explain to us. then at 5:30 they are already packing away most of the food. Would maybe recommend going earlier on so you can get the full 2hrs but the final sitting at 4pm sitting is not great.

Get a great birthday celebration at The Ned Sunday Brunch. The experience was made extra special by the wonderful waiter, Tariq that we had looking after us. He was attentive, very professional and always on hand for whatever we needed. Amazing choice of food continually being replenished.

Second time at Neds, absolutely wonderful. Food, service, atmosphere all perfect. Celebrated our Daughters birthday and couldnt have asked for more. Staff at Neds made us feel special, we loved every minute of it.

Food was good and the live music was nice but the service needs improving. We were told about 5 times we only had two hours. We still had 15 minutes left and the bill was put down on our table! £500 for 4 adults expect better service.

Needs Feast was fantastic! Would definitely go again! The staff were very attentive, the band on stage was brilliant, and the buffet had something for everyone! We will definitely go back one day!

I had a great experience at The Ned. The Sunday buffet is definitely value for money, the variety is amazing. The service was amazing and we were treated to a lovely anniversary treat as requested when booking. I would definitely be returning.

Sadly we experienced very bad service. This could have been due to it being busy for the Sunday feast. When we arrived we waited over 15 minutes into our slot for the table, then when we arrived no one came over to tell us how it worked or set our table with a knife and fork. We had to ask for these ourselves. After our starter a lady came over to see if we wanted any water and our welcome drink - i was disappointed this took so long. When the plates were cleared, so was the cutlery and no new provided. I felt like half my time I was walking about asking for things that were missing. The place is absolutely stunning and the food was good, but I think due to the service, we won’t be back

Very good service and a fun experience but it was a lot of money. The £90 is for just the food and then you have to pay for drinks on top so it ended up costing well over £200 for two of us. The food was nice but I don’t think it was quite good enough for the price. I would still recommend for the experience but don’t expect to be blown away by the food. There is also a band who plays and it made hearing so hard, staff and customers were having to lean in close to hear each other.

Seating wasn’t great chairs were so low I felt like I was sitting on the floor Sea food, salad and desert options were good The roast option wasn’t the best, Ive had better in Toby carvery. The singer was good Wouldn't rush back.

It was a birthday brunch together with my friend. The food was outstanding as always with lots of choice. I love seafood and love that there is a wide selection available. We have been before and the price has gone up considerably and so even though I knew it was a 2 hour booking it went by really quickly and we were literally told that we had to vacate the table. We were still eating desserts and just rushed through and couldn’t enjoy them. It left a sour taste for what should be a fabulous dining experience.

Excellent food with selections of fresh lobsters and oysters. Delicious salad and very fine cuts of red meat. The music and ambience is top notch. Hosts are experienced but the number of them present can’t realistically cover all the tables. Would visit again.

Booked for a birthday treat, staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. If you like seafood, you easily get your moneys worth! We had plenty of lobster, prawns & lobster Mac n cheese. We did notice ahead that a lot of reviews mention the lack of sauce for the lobster so we took a pot of garlic butter with us, glad we did otherwise the only option would have been Marie Rose sauce. Good selection of salads, sausage rolls and extras. The roast was extremely disappointing, not one part of it, we would say was enjoyable. Very bland. Asked for 2 drinks, only ever received one, despite chasing for the second it never came. The only real negative was the service charge and the attitude towards it. We took the bill and noticed on top of the £180 for 2 people, they had added a £24.70 service charge. We requested this to be removed as 1. It’s self service and our second drink never came. 2. It’s option and we are not American. The reaction to this was the waitress storming off to what I assume was the manager. He then come over asking if everything was ok. They then returned with the service charge removed. The attitude to this makes me glad I took it off, far too entitled for simply providing cutlery and not bringing the drinks ordered

Absolutely fantastic, the staff were so on the ball with drinks, clearing plates and kindness! The food is incredible and so fresh! The choice is outstanding you are totally spoilt and totally stuffed when you leave! Would highly recommend it.
