                                                                                Looking for a family friendly spot that will please everyone? @neongardenschicago in Lincoln Park has delicious pizza by the slice, a full bar and old school arcade games. We spent the night playing skeetball and Ms Pac-Man and even found an old Galaga machine that took me right back to my @atari days. The pizza was exactly what we needed , NY style slices thin, crispy crust and full of flavor. Pro tip: If you want it vegan, just order it without cheese.                                                                                 Harry Potter decor was neat! The butter beer drinks were decent. The salad we got was essentially lettuce with a few some chunks of cold chicken with ranch. Cool for families to go, but I wouldn’t say it’s a romantic date night kind of place.

                                                                                The Harry Potter setup was cute but minimal. The pizza was just whatever. We ordered the meat lovers which said it included 4-5 meats, it only had pepperoni and sausage and there was very little meat included. The flavor was bland as well. Service was slow, but they were nice. Prices were high for the quality of food. My child did enjoy the free video games in the back room, it was a nice distraction while waiting for the food to come. Cool place for a drink just wouldn’t recommend the food.

They gave no explanation and I had family from out of town coming to go enjoy this pop-up and we were very disappointed for the canceled reservations..

We’ve been here many times and the pizza has been insanely good. This time it felt like they were serving school lunch pizza

                                                                                We went for the Harry Potter Pop-Up Trivia night and it was pretty disorganized. We were told that appetizers weren't available due to some sort of kitchen issue, service was so slow, trivia was disorganized and so slow. We arrived for 7PM trivia -- it didn't start until 7:45...we didn't leave until 9:45. We'd previously gone to the Jurassic Park pop-up, which was so visually cool, but also disorganized and kind of a mess. I feel like there's so much potential, but the execution lacks.

                                                                                We made a reservation for a table for Harry Potter trivia. When we arrived, we were seated in the bar area. What we didn't realize at the time is that the trivia is conducted in another room. From where we were seated, we couldn't see the screen or hear the trivia host. This meant I had to leave my food and drink and go stand in the other room to participate. This was extremely frustrating. After an hour and a half, and us only just beginning the second half of trivia, we decided to leave. When you book a seat at trivia, you expect you're going to be able to play while seated. I don't understand why with all the screens they have they couldn't have it on one in the bar area as well, or put a speaker back there so we could listen, or just pass around a sheet of the questions. At the very least, the host could have walked back and announced the questions to everyone. Also, their fryer was down so the only food options were pizza or salad. We had a $38 pepperoni pizza and a "butterbeer." The pizza was okay, but it was the kind that's best when hot. The "butterbeer" was decent. The bartenders were really great...very friendly and personable. Overall, I wouldn't bother going back. I went specifically for the Harry Potter trivia night and it ended up being a disappointment. Note: Reservations are required as it gets very busy. They charge a pop up fee per person and automatically add a gratuity to your bill.

                                                                                cute little place... parking is a challenge in this area (so if you are coming from the suburbs, you might want to Uber/Lyft it or find parking ahead of time, bit challenging in winter/snow time ;) ...but cute place, fun atmosphere and look forward to coming back in the summer time to try their Pizza... looked good. Fun theme night of Harry Potter Christmas :) ! was fun to people watch and see everyone enjoying themselves :)!!! Fun place! will be back.... just will plan on Ubering it to this location instead next time ;)

                                                                                Was so disappointed. They make it look so amazing online with the Potter Holiday Decor. That was fine but nothing to run there for to have dinner, but to charge a fee is silly since we ate there., didn’t just have a drink. The pizza was almost $40 for not great pizza !!!!. We were only ones there with a couple teens at another table. So not worth the cover or a $38 pizza.
