We have not had a bad meal yet in our four visits to New Asian Village. The food is always good (we had lamb with curry sauce, crispy veggies and rice) and the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Server sat us, didnt check up on us after our first plate of food. Did not come back to fill water. Very disappointing service. Lunch buffet is expensive $21 and not a big selection.

Always great food at New Asian Village West. We always do the buffet and love it. The variety is good and is refreshed regularly so doesn't taste like it's been sitting for long. The dessert side is also great! We brought friends from out of town that will be moving here soon and they thought it was great too and will make it a regular dining spot. Service was mostly good, our plates were always removed promptly the only issue with service was that we didn't get refills on our water at any time. Overall though, great experience like it always is!

Lots of selection. We were part of a large group of 11 and had no problems getting our food (i.e. no line ups), however, the buffet was often short on naan and a few dishes took a bit to get replenished. Only complaint really was that we were seated at a large round table which made it difficult to socialize with those sitting across the table. Will have to try this place again, perhaps with a smaller party.

The food is undoubtedly great, we have been coming here for years. However recent visits have been disappointing because they are always so severely understaffed that by the time you get to the food, you are already disappointed. It usually takes anywhere up to 15 min for anyone to acknowledge your arrival - and by then there is usually a small crowd of people waiting for a table or to pay. Because it is a popular spot, long lines at the buffet mean food would need to be replenished regularly but it often isn't. So you line up to get to the dish you would like and are faced with an empty dish. Then you line up again later when you see them refilling but by the time you get up to the dish it is empty again... Waiters also are overloaded and the last couple times we didn't order drinks because when we did they took so long to come out we were done eating by the time they arrived. No matter how good the food is, the overall experience has been unfortunately declining.
