Worst NOBU “Experience” we have ever had. There was no one in the place… our reservation was at 8:45pm. Skeleton staff and cleaning kitchen while we ate at sushi bar that was $25 per seat. I was so disappointed as this has always been my go to sushi whether in NYC, Aspen etc. unfortunately we will not be dining again.

Omikase was a little too much. Each food item should be smaller and other kinds of sashimi with a touch of Nobu specialty should be added. We’ve compared Nobu with Mizumi at the Wynn and Yellowtail at Bellagio. Nobu lacks specialty food items.

Initially wanted to go to Nobu in Caesar, but fully booked, so decided to try Nobu at Paris. Our food took too long. Waiter never check on us and we had to cancel the last dish after waiting for 1.5 hours. Didn’t even tell the manager to come talk to us. Food is not bad but not great. But the experience is not worthy of the brand. Will not be back again!

The server almost seemed annoyed to be serving us and didn’t seem impressed by our order which was nothing custom. Rarely came to check on us and the minimal interaction were awkward. Hands down the worst server I have ever experienced!

Food was incredible. I normally don’t like wasabi but the wasabi dressing on my Caesar salad was amazing. I had king Salmon and my wife had a tofu dish. The chef coaxed flavors out of the food you wouldn’t expect. Staff was friendly and attentive. Noise level was high and sometimes made it hard to hear our waitress.

Good food, though the portions were really small. Service was extremely slow. Our server was really good at explaining everything on the menu but was a bit too pushy on upselling drinks even though our last round of drinks came long after we finished eating our food.

The reservation fee is not refunded on your bill. The place was pretty empty, but still managed to be very loud, feeling like a high school cafeteria. There seemed to be a lot of fruit flies around the sushi bar. The service was poor. The omakase was totally overpriced. The fish was fresh, but seemed bland tasting. The signature misu cod was way too salty. The beef was chewy and tasteless. This place felt like a total ripoff. I wonder if the staff hear that alot, because they seem to avoid checking in. Just a false look of concern when I expressed my disappointment, no manager in sight. A poor food experience in a horrible environment while paying top dollar. Nobu has jumped the shark with this place.

I always eat at Nobu at Caesars Palace, and the food and service is exceptional. I was really disappointed at this location. It felt like going to the McDonald’s version of Nobu. The atmosphere was awful, service was meh and the tasting menu was bland, uninteresting and basic.

The hostesses were not very accommodating and we we’re celebrating a major event. They refused to let our group sit in a booth which was left open during our entire stay. Wish they would improve the customer experience to match the wonderful food.

Food was overpriced even for Vegas. No rolls could be customized and the rolls offered were basic maki rolls (seaweed, rice, fish) nothing else. The ambiance was a strip mall eatery.

Wife is allergic to lobster only she is okay with all other shell seafood but when we told the server that the server responded with “are you okay with cross contamination” so they basically have one frier with the same oil. Lucky we got there when they open so my wife was okay with not running into any issues with cross contamination. Not sure how they haven’t gotten in trouble by doing that but that was not cool otherwise everything else was good.

We chose the Chef’s experience offered by Open table. There was no experience. An extra $25.00 per person to sit at the Sushi bar. Our only interaction was when the Chef and Server asked us for our order. I inquired with a staff member on paying extra for an experience and her reply was we do not do that, you paid extra for nothing. The food was delicious but such small portions you had to practically order the whole menu to get full. For over $400.00 for two women this experience was a dud. Sorry, we will not be returning.

Not worth it! Quality of food does not mirror other venues, menu felt limited compared to other locations, and it’s located in a weird armpit of Paris Hotel. Food is very overpriced. Service was decent but overall not worth the high prices.

The ambiance lacks the other ones I’ve been too. It’s all open to the casino and people constantly walking past. The smoke from the casino floor spills into restaurant and just doesn’t have the same effect like the darker ambiance

Extremely overpriced and very loud environment. Food wasn’t good and for the price you’d wanna eat somewhere else. You are basically sitting on top of your neighbor and can’t hear anyone in your group. Asked for utensils twice to two different people and it took 20 minutes, so our soup was cold. Don’t waste your money here

If you want the finest quality sushi - and interesting works of art - visit Nobu. If you don’t know your sushi, this is an expensive way to learn. Don’t miss their desserts, not typically worth eating at most sushi spots. These delicacies can’t be missed.

NObi has awesome food.whay would make it a better experience is to have the restaurant further from the smoke of the casino. The smoke drifts into the restaurant and it goes against the cleanses is the great food.

First time here so we didn’t know much about the restaurant. The tuna on crispy rice was excellent! The edamame was ok. The Rock shrimp in spicy sauce was really good. Would rat here again.

Loved the diversity of the tasting menu. It was a great intro in to legacy of Nobu. This was a bucket list experience for us. The ceviche was perfect. The scallop sashimi was the best I ever had. The only disappointment was the rock shrimp in aioli which was reminiscent of a starter at chilis. All eke was great. The mango passionfruit cocktail was also great.

The food was good but overpriced. The waiter was rude and laughed/scoffed at my husband when he asked a question. We opted out of a tip due to the poor service and then found on our credit card statement that the wait charged our card $30 for a tip without our consent. Tips are earned not guaranteed.
