Nestled on the second floor of a historic building in Puerto de Tierra—famous for its unique Chinese architecture—Nom Nom Instant Food Shop is where tradition meets creativity. Once home to one of Puerto Rico’s first Asian restaurants, this hidden kitchen has been reimagined as a bold, casual ramen and sushi spot with a modern twist.

Our concept is simple: build your own instant ramen bowl with a wide selection of fresh toppings, or choose from our small but flavorful menu featuring sushi and other Asian-inspired dishes. Drawing inspiration from Japanese and Korean street food culture, our shop brings together urban edge and oriental flair in a laid-back, welcoming setting.

We’re family-friendly, pet-friendly, and community-driven. Please note that seating is limited—groups of 8 or more must reserve in advance.

The 5 courses experience is a must! The food is definitely an experience that takes you to another level. The dishes are well thought out, made with fresh ingredients that are perfectly balanced to create a complete experience on the palate. You will find a combination of flavors that may seem unusual, but it is perfectly balanced and elevates the taste. The pairing drinks are the perfect complement to each dish, featuring a flawless fusion of spirits and creative ingredients that make the experience truly complete. I hope to return soon and highly recommend the place to anyone who enjoys trying different flavors, unique fusions, and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere.

Desde que entramos, el ambiente acogedor y el excelente servicio nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. El personal fue amable, atento, profesional y amigable. La comida fue espectacular cada plato, con una presentación impecable y sabores bien balanceados.Nos encantó la atención al detalle, desde la música ambiental hasta la limpieza del lugar. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendaría a cualquiera que busque buena comida, una experiencia agradable y algo diferente. ¡Gracias por una noche espectacular!
