   We had such a lovely Memorial Day Sunday at NB and appreciated as always the good food and service. Ethan was our server and made sure we were taken care of. Tonya the fearless leader, stopped by to chat and welcome us. And we saw Kim and Kesha and what a surprise to have Taylor (off duty) surprise us at our table! So much fun!! Thank you for making our holiday Sunday so lovely!

   This place has really gone south. Went for a birthday dinner. Made the comments in the reservation notes when making the reservation . No acknowledgment from the host, although was printed in the card when taken to the table. The server to management….Zero..mention or care. Ordered the pork chop that came with a big piece of foreign object / burnt paper on it. Gave it to the server to show the kitchen. Manager cane over with nothing but excuses. Not a single sorry or attempt to make it right. All together just terrible hospitality experience. The bar was empty, most of the tables were open on a Saturday night at 730. I’m not the only one who is feeling that None Blue has definitely taken a turn for the worse.

   I have been to Nona Blue multiple times but this time was a complete let down. The quality of the food for the price was definitely not worth it at all!! I don't want to mention how much we spent. All I can say is that you could buy groceries for the week for two people easily. I asked to have my Salmon cooked medium and it came out burnt on the bottom. It left that burnt after taste in my mouth and ruined my meal. I'm not one to complain but the restaurant wasn't even crowded.

    As usual, our dinner at Nona Blue Tavern was good. The appetizer and steak could have been warmer, but I like my food very hot. The prime rib was incredibly tender. Service was excellent. All the staff from front of the house to the back were very attentive. It was a great anniversary celebration.

    We enjoyed a lovely Mother’s Day brunch at NB and it was fabulous! Bibi our server made us feel so welcome and we appreciated her great attitude and wonderful service. Kim was also assisting and her smile lit up the room! Kesha always a favorite, stopped by to say hello. And of course lovely Tonya can by to welcome us. We can’t forget Lexi who welcomed us and made us feel like part of the family! Thank you all for a wonderful time celebrating a very special day!

    Warmly greeted and sat within minutes of arriving. Waiter, Fred, was outstanding, as were the Porky's Old Fashion libations. Tuna was excellent and all three in my party thoroughly enjoyed the meal, service and venue. Class place!

    We were traveling from outside Atlanta to the area and were looking for a good restaurant in the area. Having read all the wonderful reviews we were excited to dine at Nona Blue. . What a complete disappointment. What was offered to us was inattentive, and painfully slow service combined with a complete lackadaisical attitude. We ordered the Prime Rib, and Greek salad with a baked potato. The prime rib was lukewarm, the au jus, cold, and the baked potato stone cold. It took a while before anyone came to check on our order to replace the potato. I had to ask our server if they refilled iced tea, as no one had offered to refill my glass. When we left no one came over to ask about our dinner experience. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Lake Nona.

    Came for a 'date night' with my bride of 28 years. Truly enjoyed it. Promised booth was ready at reservation time, service was attentive, food was well cooked and presented well, and the warm carrot cake topped it all off!

    My favorite brunch location in all of Orlando. The menu for brunch is perfect, and the daily dining menu is always amazing. The $5 mimosas and Bloodies are incredible. I highly recommend Nona Blue!!!

    We went to Nona Blue on a recommendation from friends….so glad we did! We loved it! Our server was Bri and she was awesome! She was attentive without being annoying. The food was fantastic. We had the Blue Cheese Kettle Chips for starters….Wow! Our dinners were delicious! In fact, we loved it so much we are going back tonight!

    We had such a fun time celebrating my brother’s birthday! Carlie made our experience so positive with the attention to detail and Lexi and Tonya made us all feel truly special!     We are regulars and booked a reservation. When we got there we were told that the people at our table were still there and we’d have to wait 30-40 minutes. What?? Not even given an alternative. Later on we saw the manager taking to the host and saying something about moving people around. After waiting around 20 minutes we were sat. It took the waitress a long while to come to our table. She was very friendly and chatted for a bit with us. We ordered drinks and our favorite app, the meatballs. They took a long time to arrive and they were cold in spots, like when you use a microwave to heat them. Hmmmm. Our entrees took a long time to arrive and when they did, my husband’s ribs and fries were nice and warm but my pork chop was cold, refrigerator cold, kid you not. The first bite was warm, not hot and when you cut into it it was very, very cold. It was cooked but refrigerator cold. We had someone take it to the kitchen and warm it up. It came back a little warm, still not hot. The flavors were great so it was sad that it was so cold. We ordered desserts and enjoyed some and packed the rest. The carrot cake is my husband’s favorite and I tried the thin mint cheesecake. It was ok. We will continue to come here as we love it but have noticed the long wait even with a reservation is now the norm as it has happened to us a few times already. :(

    Won’t get into the problems with service or food but problems with OpenTable. I booked a reservation on the app. Later in the day I received a phone call from the restaurant confirming my reservation??? Isn’t that why I have the app? I confirmed. Shortly after, I received an email from OpenTable saying my reservation was cancelled by the restaurant. I figured the guy who called me cancelled it by mistake. I booked it again via the app. When I arrived, I checked in at the host stand. During our dinner I received another email from OpenTable stating my reservation was cancelled again by the restaurant. Now I figured the restaurant was perhaps playing games with OpenTable to avoid giving me my dining points and/or paying fees to OpenTable. As we were already having problems with service and food I did not want to fight with them over the dining points and figured I would just call or email OpenTable the next morning. No phone or email support for diners, only a bot chat system which was useless to address my problem. I spent several frustrating minutes trying to get the bot to connect me with a live agent with no luck, hence I’m putting it in this review in hopes that someone from OpenTable will contact me. I have dined at this restaurant many times and this has only been the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience so I will chalk it up to a bad night for them however the issues with them canceling my reservation twice thereby not awarding my dining points and OpenTable’s complete lack of useful diner support is completely unacceptable.
