Excellent service & food.
waitress was rude and had no patience barely returned to our table (only when she had to)
food was amazing and beautiful atmosphere
Very nice surprise ! The new North Fork Table is a nice elegant and sophisticated venue , good food , nice wine list , the grounds are well tended with a sculpture garden.
Attractive, comfortable setting, waitstaff friendly and answered questions,
low noise level, (dined here years ago), attractive setting and a number of seating areas
so one never felt crowded, a wonderful transformation
Beautiful space and refined locally sourced food
Beautiful space. Blind wine tasting really fun!! Appetizer was delicious (beets/corn fritters), but went downhill from there. They literally forgot our main course (left the dessert menu on the table), and when it finally came (cod) the preparation was lovely, but that did not make up for the lack of flavor. Seemed like there was not even salt and pepper on it…My husband had the duck and said it was really good . And the tables next to us seemed happy…But sadly the food was overall disappointing.
The tuna was the best I’ve ever had. And my date had the steak, said it was amazing. The staff are amazing and make you feel so well taken care of. Great dinner. The location is beautiful.
We sat outside on the lovely terrace and were waited on by knowledgeable and polite staff who gave you the time you needed to understand the various dishes. The Stone Fruit Old Fashioned and the Broken Beans stole the show.
Another fabulous dinner! Everything was perfect, as usual.
Ambiance and food quality are the best. Just wish you would answer your phones when called.
A great choice for an unhurried meal for a special occasion. Sophisticated farm-to-table cooking with a nice short-but-thoughtful menu, very attentive service, interesting wines, including exceptional choices by the glass.
We had a beautiful meal
Wonderful local food, completely delicious and creatively prepared.
After hearing and reading about the much hyped remake, we were very disappointed. We recognize the staff shortages experienced by the entire industry, but the onus is on management to train the staff they have, especially if the desire is to offer a top tier dining experience. After we ordered drinks we realized that our place settings lacked napkins and had to ask for them. Our waitress, who also handled the wine orders instead of the bartender, served red wine in white wine glasses and white wine in red wine glasses. The drink order was also wrong. Appetizer portions were small. The entrees were well prepared. But the experience was mediocre for the cost. It was also noticeable that the bus staff, which was very young, disappeared when the restaurant was still active, which put the burden of clearing plates on the waitress/server. Management needs to both help the staff and train them. We can’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who is expecting a true fine dining experience.
Lovely seafood stew and excellent corn appetizer.
We have dined here many times over the years, experiencing different chefs and ownership. We were very excited about the reopening under current ownership and have dined several times, but the food is inconsistent. The design and decor are amazing, I just wish the quality of food was more reliable, especially for the cost.
We most recently dined during brunch to experience that menu, and my food arrived overcooked and burnt so I ordered what my guest was eating instead, and my portion was half the size of theirs. We've experienced the food being overcooked or over-salted during dinner as well, and after our last experience will return with pause. We are often celebrating special occasions when we choose to eat here and would prefer a place that's more reliable.
We really want to enjoy ourselves when we choose to eat here, but the last few times have been very disappointing.
Really delicious food and tasty cocktails in a stylish space and a welcoming atmosphere. would highly recommend the duck, if available. Very quick service as well! would definitely come back
Outstanding in all respects. Exceptional food, great service, A beautiful restaurant with wonderful ambience
Unfortunately the restaurant we used to know and love no longer exists. If you are a city transplant I am sure you will enjoy it, but as someone who is local to the North Fork, the entire culture has changed. As with many other aspects of the East End these days, it felt like Manhattan East. While the food was cooked well, it lacked the imagination that this menu was known for. The service was excellent, but it wasn’t able to carry the NYC price tag that the menu called for.
The whole experience, especially the food, was outstanding. Drinks were good, good waitress, nice atmosphere, etc.
Only problem -- someone other than the waitress came by and asked if we wanted more bread, and we said yes, but it never came. Then I called a busboy over and asked him for bread, and he said he would take care of it, and again it did not come. Then after probably 30 minutes I got the waitress to take care of it. That aspect of poor service spoiled what was otherwise a very nice dining experience.
Amazing food and ambiance, probably the best restaurant in this area. The servers and bartenders are phenomenal!!
Amazing! We had a delicious meal!
Wonderful meal. Great service. Beautiful restaurant.
This was hands down one of the best dining experience I have ever had. Every dish we ordered was a unique masterpiece that was perfectly prepared. Our waiter, Ariel was so friendly and helpful in guiding us to order just the right dishes. The meal, and experience will not be forgotten!
The ambiance was wonderful. The newly decorated room was elegant earthy. The food was outstanding. We had the duck and it melted in your mouth. I thought the wine pricing was a little high. The perfect place to celebrate something special.
one of the most upscale experiences in the north fork, very high quality.
We were excited for our third visit given the past two times over the winter and spring were excellent. We had hosted a table of 10 our last visit and everything was perfect. This third visit was not the charm. Our server was disinterested to say the least. He didn’t tell us about any specials, he forgot to bring half our appetisers and then when we asked him about the other dishes he blamed us “I didn’t hear you order that” was his comment and he walked away. The busboy took our order for the missing appetisers and brought them out. The table next to us was being read the specials while we were tucking into our entrees. The trout would have been delicious and the tomahawk steak sounded fabulous but we didn’t get the chance to order them. When we asked our server about the lack of information on the specials he blamed the restaurant for being short staffed. Our table of 4 are all in the food service business. We were appalled by the server’s attitude. Additionally he did nothing to rectify the situation except for a free dessert at the end of the meal that we didn’t really want. This person should not be a waiter. We were hyping the restaurant to our friends from out of town ahead of the meal and had to apologise to them during and afterward. We will be canceling the rest of our reservations for the remainder of the summer.
This was our first time back in a few years and I have to say we were not impressed. The description on the menu per each dish did not match up to the food that was received. Service was almost too attentive as crazy as that sounds. The renovation of the space is very nice, I just wished that the food matched the ambiance of the space. Perhaps we were expecting to much?
Always amazing. Incredible food and top notch service.
Lovely ambiance. Very good service- kitchen was a bit slow. Portions fine for me- ( I am a lightweight) but small for price of food.
Makeover… looks awesome!!! Menu first time the options for me were great….I’m gluten free. Really enjoyed my Brunch…
Always a pleasure dining here. Delicious food, relaxed and attractive atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff.
The food was amazing. Get the Duck Hash if you are there for brunch. Service was on point too.
Food was good although the portions are very small for the price. Especially the salad and the side order of farmstand vegetables, They could’ve been larger portions!
Beautiful environment and a absolutely delicious food but the server was a little cold. Otherwise all around great experience.
We were so looking forward to an enjoyable dining experience at the newly renovated North Fork Table and Inn. We had a reservation for a table by the bar. The restaurant looks beautiful - no complaints there. We sat and ordered a drink and no sooner had our server placed them down when he asked if we ready to order. We didn't even look at a menu yet so told him so. We sip a our drinks for a few minutes, and he's back again to take our order. So we order and within 5 minutes appetizers arrive. All very good. Quickly after our entrees. No sense of relaxation and fine dining. In and out within an hour. Maybe quick turnover is necessary for a busy hard to get table restaurant, but we were very disappointed. Not looking to return anytime soon. And I'm sure after 2020 restaurants took quite a beating. Maybe we will try it again come winter time.
Incredible meal with terrific service in an extremely elegant setting. Updated from its old vibe but still the wonderful restaurant it has always been.
Another fabulous meal at one of the best restaurants out here on the north fork.
Food, drinks, service were all impeccable. The menu is interesting and approachable.
Food was great, drinks delish but our wine was not. Unfortunately we did not tell them but since you have a sommelier I think he should have noticed.
