Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Our food was significantly delayed and arrived cold, and we were repeatedly forgotten throughout the meal. We were initially seated at a dirty table, and one of the dishes appeared not to have been properly rinsed and still had soap residue on it. To make matters worse, my husband became ill after eating. Between the food quality, cleanliness, and service, this was far below what we expected from North Italia.

I booked on open table and said this was a birthday celebration for my husband. I also mentioned it to the hostess/. He responds while walking us to the table- happy birthday. Place wasn’t busy. Finally when the server came over we ordered - 2 kettle one on the rocks , double pour with blue cheese olives. Server response- oh a martinis. We said no. No vermouth…… just vodka in a rocks glass with olives. Waited and waited and watched the bartender make 2 martinis pours in a shaker , shakes then sits on the counter. Finally gets a coupe glass and someone else serves it to us. We said that’s not what we ordered, then another male server tried to serve it again. It was ridiculous. Our original server was outside or at another table. . Our appetizer comes before the correct drink…by that time we we didn’t want the drinks. It’s not rocket science to make a drink on the rocks . Also, out of blue cheese olives too. Our original server apologized but it was past the point. Food came and was delicious. We ordered dessert both came out different times??? Nothing was said about his birthday at all… Very disappointed overall. Donna Oddo

Unfortunately the mussels were not well seasoned and lacked flavor. I love the food at north itala but this was a miss.

I am very disappointed with my experience. It was really expensive for the quality of the food. The pizza was really poor, bad and small. The pasta was cold and tasteless. We won´t be back.

We had a terrible experience eating here. We had a reservation at 6 and didn’t get sat until 6:20. We ordered bread and wine that wasn’t served for one hour, because the kitchen and bar were backed up. Our food came out incorrectly and cold. For the $26 parm I ordered I expected it to be hot at the bare minimum. We will not be eating here again. They are way too busy and way understaffed. The server we had was very nice despite the poor management. Lastly we ordered a chicken salad and we were o my served one small strip of chicken and we’re still charged for chicken.
