Brunch: Worst service we had in our 20+ visits
George M was awful
Never brought me iced tea
Had to track him down for more coffee and water
Never came to check on us,
Dropped the pizza and said was going to bring plates, but went to other tables 1st and had to hug others servers, they got sassy when I got up to get them myself!
Awful
Great menu options! Interesting and well crafted drinks. Service was average- we sat waiting for someone to notice us for a long time, and then she didn't put in our appetizer order and waited to bring bread with the main course. We were hungry but didn't want to rush the amazing mains- branzino and salmon - so that was frustrating to experience. The wait staff need more training.
Food was delicious, and very reasonably priced. It’s a large open space so the ambient noise can be somewhat loud, but not overbearing. Very friendly service. Would definitely go there again.
Food is amazing, drinks were nice and strong, the service was outstanding. For my first time I will definitely return back very soon!
as always, the food was great...the service was friendly...and the atmosphere was lovely!
Food and service were terrific
Fresh food, refreshing service; has a ‘the customer is #1’ feel to the establishment
Everything was delicious. I would love to go back to eat their food again, but I would be hesitant to tolerate the mediocre service once more.
Service was professional courteous food is very good the place was very clean very impressed
The food is simply amazing and the atmosphere is on point. Can’t wait to go back!
Food was good but service was awful.
Ronell, the server, was awesome. Food was excellent as well.
Everything was great just hard to hear at times, other than that great.
I would highly recommend trying North Italia.
I would recommend requesting a booth away from the door because it was a bit cold near the door and we asked to be moved.
The chicken pesto pasta was delicious.
Bartenders over matched
Emily - our server - was awesome!
Great recommendations and fantastic friendly service!
Cant wait to go back.
The Italian salad is delicious and great for sharing!
I loved North Italia’s ambiance. They also adhered to covid safety protocols by not having all tables filled. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was so nice too! Would go again.
My husband and I have eaten here and several times and although the food is delicious, we do think that the restaurant should adjust their portion sizes for certain dishes as they are quite small in comparison to other comparable restaurants. For example, the portion provided for a dinner order of Burrata Tortelloni is considerably smaller than I received several months ago and is no longer a good value.
I definitely recommend coming here. The food was delicious, came out fast, and the service was awesome!
Everything was love. Food was on point. It was my first time there so I wish I could have gotten access to their whole menu instead of what they were offering on Valentines Day, but no worries. I'll be back (Arnold Schwarzenegger voice) lol.
Had Valentine’s Day dinner. Food was amazing. Wasn’t really a fan of my drink which was a selected drink on the amended menu for the holiday.
The food at North Italia was absolutely magnificent! Myself and my date were pleasantly surprised at the portion size and quality. Since we dined on Valentine’s Day, the menu was prefixed. Regardless, North Italia and our waiter went above and beyond expectations for a fantastic service, start to finish, on Sunday evening. We will be back soon!! Thanks North Italia!
We love this restaurant, because the food is always phenomenal, but on our most recent visit, Valentines Day, the service was atrocious. First, we initially made a reservation for 8:15 PM, but when a hostess called to confirm, she urged me to move it to 7:30 PM with no reason given. When we arrived, we were seated at a table inside this oddly bright, cold room in the very back corner with 8 other 2 tops, even though there was ample available space in the normal dining room. It felt like we were in a classroom, not at a restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our server, and spent the remainder of the evening trying to flag him down to place our orders. He touched our table maybe 5 times in a near two hour window, came back twice after orders were placed to clarify and almost seemed like he was trying to portray his lack of concern. It was honestly the strangest experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. It was really a shame, as my husband and I haven’t been out much due to the lockdowns and were really hoping for a hospitable experience. Surprised.
Went to North Italian for Valentines Day and the food was fresh and very good and the costumer service from our hostess was phenomenal. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.
The restaurant was beautiful however they had us in a back room where the tables were right on top of each other. My entree was extremely bland but the Italian butter cake was great.
We went for Valentine's Day dinner. It was a pre-fixe menu including an app, main course and dessert. Food was delicious and the portions were surprisingly big (don't usually get that with a pre-fixe menu). It was a little pricey ($55 per person plus drinks) considering we had 2 kids with us. Otherwise, I would highly recommend. Our waiter was very friendly and made it a nice experience overall.
Brunch was good, not a lot of choices, but our entrees were good. Service was slow. The waiter was personable but wasn't trained well (no anticipation of our needs had to ask him to clear our plates ). We tipped him extra- because it wasn't his fault, and we appreciate working during this pandemic.
Great place. Fun vibes. Conveniently located. Nice food for a nice night out.
The food here is decent, but a limited menu. For apps, I tried the mussels - a little spicy, fresh and tasty - and my wife had the arancini, also good. For entrees, she had the Burrata Tortelloni and quote "If there's burrata in this, I don't see or taste it". I had the Strozzapreti which was very good, with a rich flavor. Service was OK...."casual" might be the best term. North Italia is reasonably priced for what you get, has an informal vibe. This is not high-end Italian, and it doesn't pretend to be. What they do, they do well.
Food was mediocre for the price. Portion size was small, did not like the atmosphere. Will not be returning, felt rushed through our meal. Service was below standard.
Great food, Great service, Great atmosphere. I highly recommend North Italia.
Waiter spent more time at the bar making drinks then being a waiter. Needed to ask others sir service
Food was outstanding! Service was great at first then my waiter disappeared. Great atmosphere would go back again, loved the chicken parm best ive ever had!
Galentine’s day
Everything was great! Server was so nice. Food was excellent.
The food was very good and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend!
Food was very good. Portions are small for Italian. My $27 scallop meal had 3 scallops..do the math. Waitress was very friendly but she was the only waitress on our side of the restaurant. It took forever to place orders, get food and pay our bill.
Food and service was amazing. Love your pizza. everyone had something different and enjoyed their meal
Very beautiful place I highly recommend 10 out of 10
It took why too long in a near empty restaurant for two salads for lunch.
