NOVY is a Greek restaurant in the San Francisco Noe Valley district. We are a family-run and woman-owned Greek restaurant. NOVY is our nickname for Noe Valley. We are a neighborhood restaurant serving Greek food alongside fresh California favorites. All of our beer and wine is on tap to do our part in eliminating waste. NOVY strives to provide a personal and delicious dining experience in a polished setting.

                                                                                                          Definitely a cool place in Noe Valley for lunch. Outdoor table booth was perfect yesterday, our server Jake was great, the Greek/Mediterranean food was outstanding. We will be going back to Novy next time we are in town.

                                                                                                          Novy is a little neighborhood gem—but enjoyed by everyone from all over the city! The outdoor seating is very protected and comfortable—and usually has nice weather. Love the variety of the menu—always delicious! Love meeting friends there for lunch or dinner. A fun, casual place with fresh, healthy and tasty food.

The weather was pleasant so we sat outdoors. The server was very nice and lowered appropriate shades. Parking in the area is disastrous!

We only had 20 minutes to spare. They still seated us and got our orders in fast. We stayed well past closing and the service was impeccable. Our server was fun and took great care of us!

Our server Jin (not sure if that’s his name - he was serving Table S, outside on April 12 at 11:30 am) was excellent. He checked on us frequently, gave us very good service and was efficient.

The server was very nice, just had all the outdoor tables to take care of. Obviously, they are having trouble finding help. Despite that it was a very pleasant experience, especially since the server was so nice.

The only option of veggies pasta for vegetarians was not that good. Decent wine options and very limited low ABV cocktails. Overall I would recommend the place.

Service was in general very good, although others had their orders taken before us, and they forgot one of our drinks. We got their early and it was quiet but filled up in an hour or so and got more noisy.

The street noise was, as expected, a bit of a distraction and discomfort - the trade-off of parklet dining. The food was good and the menu extensive. I'll be back!

                                                                                                          It was our first time eating out since August, when my husband was diagnosed with leukemia and began chemotherapy. The wait staff could not have been more kind—they were just awesome. We chose Novy as our first restaurant because their food and service has always been outstanding.

                                                                                                          Delicious feta, olives and grilled pita appetizer. Lamb gyro with a yummy side salad! My friend enjoyed her lamb burger and fries. Many wines and beers on tap! Overall loved it!

                                                                                                          Started with the marinated olives and feta paired with the Camp Chardonnay. This particular wine worked extremely well with this dish. We followed with the pasta bolognese and a glass of the Dry Creek Zin. We ended with a phyllo pastry with custard filling topped with huckleberry sauce - not too sweet, just right. Excellent coffee. Incredible service by to us by the wonderful Sarah and staff. Note to admin: I oppose paying tax and tip on SF Mandate...why above the line, charged as a food item?
