This restaurant never disappoints. The food was delicious (we had filets, hanger steak and a portobello pasta dish for entrees). Don’t miss the Parker house rolls! Oysters and shrimp cocktail was also delicious. The peanut butter pie was a hit with the table too. Eric was a fantastic and attentive server as well. Will visit again when we are back in Raleigh.

This was a treat for us. The experience was lovely. As others have stated, the service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Dakota was our main server and missed nothing. The food was really delicious, and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We will come back for our next special occasion, and recommend our friends do the same.

Great service from our waiter Dakota! We come to the Oak for our anniversary the last two years and have been there for more occasions than that. Great food great service. It is what I call a real restaurant…. they have a standard of excellence and hospitality you cant find to much anymore. I recommend the Oak every chance I get!!!!!!!

The food was amazing. We had the roasted bone marrow appetizer. I am a picky eater. The bone marrow was not on my list of things to try. Wow! I’m glad I tried it. It was excellent. I had the Beef Wellington for my main course it was also very good. Trenton our server made great suggestions. I will definitely go back. The price was higher than average but well worth it.

This was our first time at Oak Steakhouse and it did not disappoint! David, our server, was incredible and the food was amazing. Such a friendly and luxurious atmosphere. Definitely one of the best meals and experiences we've ever had. We will absolutely be back!

The food was not good at all. Not what I expected from a fancy steak house. Service was great. My lamb chops tasted burnt. Same with the steaks of business partners. This is probably the first bad review I ever gave any business but for the price of the place we were extremely disappointed. Would not go back or recommend place to anyone

Had an incredible date night, started with the mussels in harissa sauce and some deviled eggs with fried oysters on top (best we've ever had) the bok choy and squash salad, followed by the delectable market catch with polenta and she had the porcini parpadelle that was tender, delicious and a wonderful portion, finished it up with some peanut butter pie and had some nice cocktails along the way, incredible food, outstanding service (ask for Serene, she is so welcoming and truly a pro) all in an elegant setting. Can't wait to come back

Love the ambiance and diverse crowd. Unfortunately they ran out of rolls so did not get to try those as I’ve heard good things. I ordered the steak frites. My steak was small and barely warm in temperature. It was also lacking in flavor. The béarnaise sauce was also cold. The fries thankfully were delicious. My date had the burger which was dry and without much flavor. Way overpriced for the quality of food.

Service was great. The first cocktail was too sweet so I asked for the second one to be less sweet and it was perfect!! Thanks for listening. Food is served too cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve had food too cold from Oak. I’m not terribly particular regarding food temperature so for me to bother typing this - it really says something! Otherwise great experience.

I’ve never been to a better restaurant. From the time you walk in and talk to the host was excellent customer service. Our server Eric was phenomenal. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very patient with us. It was my birthday and first time trying this restaurant and I was a little afraid if I wouldn’t like the food. Let me tell you their food is worth every dime. Definitely will be back for sure.

My husband and I had a great experience here. The food, service, and ambience was lovely. The house rolls and homemade butter is amazing. We also got the cheesecake and it was so good. Great portion sizes as well.
