The staff was friendly, welcoming and made us feel great about our visit. We went for happy hour and enjoyed a couple reasonably priced apps and wine and some of their extensive local beer selection. Highly recommended!

We LOVED the menu names and selections. So much to choose from. The Jon Bun Jovi cinnamon roll with orange glaze was amazingly delicious. The Peach Mimosas are a must! We liked everything about this place and the music background enhances the experience.

Usually love Pour House to watch any big game. Went last night for Boston-Miami Game 7. Not sure if they were just short-staffed, but the service was the worst I've experienced. Took someone 20+ minutes to bring us water (and we had to ask a busboy to bring us water after our server disappeared completely). My food came out 15-20 minutes after my friends' food arrived. I placed a to-go order and they left off one part of that order. They brought out an incorrect order of chicken eventually, which I again sent back to be corrected. The manager who was helping us was nice, and comped that part of our bill, but overall it was not a good night in terms of service.

The manager was absolutely horrible. She spoke to us in a condescending entitled tone. We ordered a large beer, not knowing you couldn’t drink it there. Our waitress didn’t mention this and it’s not noted on the menu. The manager rudely told me to stop drinking it and proposed no solution. After that we had no service whatsoever. On the check there was a 5 dollar surcharge with no explanation. I complained about it and it was removed with a horrible attitude. The food and atmosphere are great but the manager ruined the experience.

We were looking for a casual restaurant for a burger and beer. The wait staff was very attentive. The selection of beers on tap was phenomenal. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. We even received a sample appetizer (Buffalo Chicken Dip) as we were first time customers.

Great food for a Tuesday night. Everything was really fresh and tasty. No slowness of service. Our waters were always refilled and the waitress, even after paying still checked in on us. Great experience start to finish.

Went for an engagement party where the groom-to-be had reserved a number of tables. The hostess and manager were both incredibly rude the whole time, demanding we stay away from nearby tables despite our large and growing group, all of whom were being responsible, respectful, and spending money on an easily coordinated single tab. I attempted to get a reservation for the nearby tables to give us room to expand the group and the hostess was incredibly rude and demanded that I could only have my reservation in a completely different part of the restaurant despite the restaurant being nearly empty. She and the manager absolutely refused we use the nearby tables because “they needed them for the other guests” - however the restaurant remained half empty the entire time we were there. It was an insane and ridiculous experience, terrible service, and I won’t be back.

The neighborhood setting is fantastic, and the food and service was outstanding. You must try the Kung Pao Cauliflower. Our server, Josh, was great and extremely helpful with all our questions.

I came here for the rock and roll brunch- it was fantastic! The food was reasonably priced (all brunch meals under $17), came in big portions, and tasted wonderful. The atmosphere is lovely and super fun, I’m not a drinker but seems like an awesome place for beer lovers and/or to watch a sports team. Our waitress was lovely and super accommodating. Amazing value for Chicago, especially Old Town!

After waitress told me about happy hour specials I was charged full price for all the items. I had to point this out to waitress and had to wait an extra 15 min for her to correct bill.

Nice place. Prices are great & the food was good! I wish they had a lil more of an expanded menu but it’s definitely not bad. My wife tried the smoked ribs & we were very pleased! Tender & the sauce was amazing! The Apple/pineapple hard cider was great as well! We will definitely be back to visit! Great spot for any occasion! Date night seekers take note!
