   Amazing elevated food, exceptional service. Our cocktails were a highlight. We both had the 8-course prix fixe, myself the plant based menu and my wife the temporada, which included dishes with clams, snapper and sea bass. Everything was perfect! We were even taken on a quick tour of the garden before our dinner to sample some of the produce. The creativity and execution of the dishes was first rate, and worth every penny. What they do with beets and parsnips for dessert is inspiring and divinely decadent. We'd dine here again in a heartbeat. Hands down the best restaurant I've been to in Mexico, and one of the best anywhere.

   Wow, Olivea is truly incredible!! They have a beautiful garden right there and take you on a tour of it when you first arrive and you get to taste the vegetables and herbs growing. The landscape and interior design are beautiful; very warm and inviting. The chef worked at Laja previously and is super creative and talented. Service was perfect. Food was spectacular. Amazing experience 10/10

   We had a fantastic dinner at Olivea. The chef is so creative!! We did the vegetarian tasting and the regular tasting menu with seafood. Both tasting menus were delicious and well presented throughout. The wait staff were attentive without being cloying and it was one of the most memorable meals of my life. The chef came out to chat with us at the end of the meal which we appreciated. And Angie, the property owner, also stopped by which was nice. I should also mention that the hotel has a great breakfast that is prepared by the Olivea team.

    Una verdadera joya. Olivea Farm to Table no es solo comida, es una experiencia. Cada platillo muestra ingredientes al máximo de su potencial, con una creatividad impresionante. El joven chef, además de talentoso, es súper amable y sale a saludar personalmente. Todo el staff fue cálido y atento. Sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas.
